Excellent staff, room service very good. Front office staff are very friendly and very efficient. Very close to 2 park, Swimming pool, Barbeque station are very good. Breakfast is fentastic, Front office staff make sure the complementary coffee and snaks is always available for guest

The 2 bedrooms apartment is very beautifully furnished and well maintained. Breakfast spread is healthy and well served by the breakfast team. The staff are super attentive and genuinely friendly to the residents. They do not behave in a "business as usual' manner like in other local hotels that we have stayed before. We want to give a special shout-out to the housekeeping supervisor Ms May, our assigned housekeeper Ms Bing Bing as well as Mr Harry Thomas for going beyond their duties to make our few weeks of stay here a very pleasant one. We'll leave here with many fond memories of the excellent staff service and support rendered.

My husband spent almost a whole year at Oasia Residence. When the Family came to visit him to celebrate his birthday, the management and residences employees showed amazing hospitality. They organized a surprise - an unforgettable breakfast with fabulous decorations and delicious cake. It was a great start of the day. We are incredibly and endlessly grateful for such royal treatment.

Stayed in 1-bedroom apartment from July 2020 to April 2022. A great experience! The room is compact, and fits many amenities into a small space. I enjoyed the little corridor between the bedroom and the living room that had a bookshelf I filled up over the course of my stay. :) The bed is very comfortable, and housekeeping can change the pillows and duvet as often as needed to keep it fresh. The sofa in the living room also turns into a sofabed in case one needs a place for guests. Fast wi-fi, one router dedicated for each apartment. Enough bandwidth for video calls throughout the day and online games in the evening. Staying for that long, it's unavoidable that some appliances need maintenance, e.g., laundry machine, ceiling lights. But the maintenance is very convenient (can schedule it at a less busy time), and the technicians are very efficient. I only wish that the kitchen had an oven like the larger units, but perhaps the space is too small. Great location -- close enough to amenities (5 min walk from West Coast Plaza for groceries and food, a short bus ride to Haw Par Villa MRT which is only a few stops from VivoCity). Beautiful view from the room of the greenery nearby, and in the distance the western port and the sea. The pool is the longest I've ever swum in, and spent many nights clearing my head doing laps. The front desk staff are great -- shoutout to Komathi, Masni, Sobbana, and Hasrul! Oasia was a "second home" for me during the turbulent pandemic years. The best place in Singapore for you to stay. Nice and lovely people are always prompt to help. I felt like I was at home. Clean, modern, organized, well attended, good location, easy access to bus and MRT. Good food at walking distance and many more!. Our family moved to Oasia West Coast during our home renovation. We chose Oasia for its tranquil surroundings and large units that could accommodate our family. We were warmly welcomed by Eunice, Harry, Reuben and other team members from Front Desk. Special shout out to Nirani, Cao Yun, Bin Bin, Yan Cui and Mosleh who helped to maintain our unit’s cleanliness during our stay. The continental breakfast at the Lobby made our day start on a sweet note, especially with the attentive service from Jessie, Rosie and Victor.
