My wife and I stayed 2 and 1/2 weeks at Oasia Residence Singapore on holiday last month. The hotel proved an excellent choice. The modern one bedroom apartment was well appointed, a very functional and spacious layout, and was spotlessly clean on arrival and kept that way by very professional housekeeping for the duration of the stay. The friendly staff quickly accommodated any request and were all extremely helpful throughout. The weekday breakfasts were very convenient before a day of exploring Singapore and included a good range of food options. We found the hotel facilities excellent, especially the swimming pools. We also found the location of the hotel to work very well - although away from the hustle and bustle of central Singapore there are bus stops right outside and it's only a few minutes bus ride to MRT stations. Supermarkets and Hawker food outlets are a short walk away, as are parks and a shopping plaza. With the efficient public transport system Oasia residence was a great base to explore beautiful Singapore plus it was a straightforward taxi ride to and from Changi airport. Hotel staff even organised a very pleasant morning excursion to explore Jurong Gardens. Overall we highly recommend Oasia residence and thank the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Oasia residence is very well maintained, everything is extremely clean and tidy and well looked after. Beds are spotless and comfortable. Gym and pools have been enjoyed. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and always helpful. Thank you to Sarah and her team. Our apartment was well looked after three times a week by Yan Cui, thank you. I would recommend Oasia for a short or long stay, excellent when you are working and want a comfortable and hassle free place to stay.

This hotel, although not centrally located in Singapore, is ideally suited for tourists or anyone who comes after a hard day's work to relax. The bus and rail systems in Singapore are excellent. This hotel is in close proximity of bus stops and MRT, thus allowing you to reach your destinations to downtown or other places of interest with ease and cost effective. The front desk personnel - Kelly, Komadi and Reuben under the leadership of Harry - are extremely welcoming and always willing to assist you. They are knowledgeable of the transport system and can readily advise you on various places of interest. The rooms are spacious and very tidy and includes a "TV room", washing machine, microwave oven, stove, rice cooker and fridge. The swimming pool and gym are well maintained. I strongly recommend Oasia residence as an ideal place to spend your holiday.

The girls and boys at Reception were always willing to guide you in the right direction towards food and travel. The location was very close to my office and shipyard. The rooms were reasonably sized and frequently cleaned by Yan Lui who was meticulous. The housekeeping supervisor Nirani always checking up on us if there were any thing they could do better. This place was close to most good walking tracks like gardens. The coffee machine in the lobby was always stocked and replenished as required. We loved staying here for the last three months and hopefully another three more months in the future. Enjoying the service.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Oasis Residence for 3 1/2 months while working in Singapore. All the facilities were first-class, modern and very clean. The location was great because it was within walking distance to West Coast Park where I loved to walk, public transportation and NUS. The morning free breakfast offered a variety of food & drink choices which was very convenient. My room was clean and well-furnished. The front desk and service staff were polite and very good at their jobs. I was especially impressed with Cao Yun and her supervisor Nirani for they kept my apartment very well stocked and clean, and were always willing to fulfil my requests. I definitely would recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay while working in Singapore.

Thanks to Sarah for inviting me to comment. 1. Oasia Residence Singapore is close to West Coast Park and has a great location. 2. Oasia provides Western breakfast on the first floor before 10 o'clock from Monday to Friday. 3. The room we stayed in was a stdio living bedroom, suitable for two adults. 4. The hotel held a walking event in Fort Canning Park during our stay. This event was very good. It is recommended to hold different events periodically to increase the understanding between tenants and tenants, and tenants and hotel managers. 5. The room we lived in faced the direction of the West Coast Port. It is not clear why there was a moldy smell in the room. 6. There were ants in the room. We contacted the hotel management and asked them to help clean it up. 7. After communicating with the hotel management Sarah, we learned that the management hopes to hear more tenants' voices so that they can improve the hotel and make guests feel more comfortable.

My company arranged me to stay at Oasia Residence at West Coast during my recent assignment i Singapore. The minute I enter the room, it was a well clean and comfortable place. The room is cosy, equipment with washing machine, toaster, rice cooker, microwave oven, iron and board. The ground staffs are friendly and attentive. The room cleaner clean the room in alternate days and makes room in professional way. Breakfast was server weekly, simpler but with variety selection although just allow take away (due to adhere covid protocol). The residence is in close vicinity to Park, market and dept stores which is easily reachable within walking distance. I like this place very much and would love to come back again if there's any opportunity for next assignment. Bravo and thanks to all staffs of Oasia Residence!!

This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment and it was still a great stay. The staff and management here are so professional and friendly， which give me very good experience.
Caoyun, the floor cleaning staff, is very professional, and her own work clothes are meticulously cleaned She cleaned every corner very carefully When came back and saw a clean and orderly room, I felt relaxed and relieved
The service staff here not only do their own job, but also try to help guests with their other needs if possible. When arrived, I asked zhangbo for advice on transportation, and he was very patient and enthusiastic about the buses and MRT around the area. He also lent me a blank eZlink card to facilitate my travel.
The breakfast was also very wonderful and the kitchen staff Azrina was very patient and listened carefully to the guests' requests ， always had a smile on her face, making you feel that the day had started very well.
And she was able to arrange for the rest of the kitchen staff to prepare breakfast quickly and well.

The nearest MRT station are Clementi which is the East West line (green colour line) and Haw Par Villa (Circle/Yellow colour line). You can reach Clementi MRT station using bus 175 and Haw Par Villa MRT station using bus 175 (different direction from going to Clementi MRT station), 176, 30, 51, 143. Bus 175 and 176 are from the same bus stop and take from West Coast Highway Road. You may take bus 31, 51 and 143 opposite West Bay Condo. When you return, you stop at West Bay Condo and walk in to Oasia Residence Singapore.

Yes, you have free shuttle to(and back) green and yellow MRT line every hour. If I remember correctly it was Clemente and Haw park Villa.
Sunday schedule is little different but they have a list of shuttle schedule which you will be given on arrival.
There are more places to choose from in the Singapore area.
