Spacious, quiet and very comfortable room. Everything we needed was available and much more. I really enjoyed the large bathroom with tub and shower, even though we weren’t there long enough to make use of all the facilities. The bed was very comfortable. We had a flight delay which meant an overnight stay at the airport. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Thank you Safira? for your lovely welcome and easy check in. Currently undergoing some refurbishment, especially around the reception and bar areas but that didn’t really inconvenience us as guests. Loved that our room on the 4th floor had a partial view of the planes/runway. Definitely no noise in the rooms which was unexpected. There is also a lovely pool area which again we didn’t have time to access. Even though we had to leave at 3.30am, we organised an alarm call and the walk to any of the Terminals was very easy. We should have caught the sky train but unfortunately it was not open until 4.30am. After a panic (little signage in T3 or the Jewel, we managed to locate T1. Travellers note that the Jewel is basically a central hub for all 3 terminals (I didn’t realise this) so nothing is too far to walk. Would definitely recommend the Crowne Plaza for travellers to Singapore. Makes arrival or departures much more comfortable. …

Arriving into Changi in the morning after a 13 hr flight from London , the convenience of this hotels proximity to the airport was greatly appreciated . A short walk from the terminal and you find yourself in the 5 star luxury of the Crowne Plaza Hotel . We had a one night stopover in Singapore with a following morning flight back to Perth and decided this hotel was a good option , cutting out taxis etc to and from the city for such a short stay . We had two interconnecting rooms booked for a family of 4 including 2 x kids in the Jewel wing of the hotel . As we arrived into Singapore early morning the hotel offered early check in to one of our rooms for an additional fee , this was pre arranged prior to our arrival . Unlike most other hotels this was not the total cost of another nights stay for the previous night in order to guarantee the early check in , it worked out roughly just under 50% of another nights stay but was well worth it particularly when the hotel gave us access to both rooms immediately on arrival in the morning . The rooms were very high standard, extremely spacious and truely 5 star offering panoramic views from the bathroom onto the connecting walkway from Changi to the Jewel shopping Mall and one of Changi's runways . The bathrooms were large and very well furbished , complete with a free standing bath , electric black out blinds and glass touch dimmer switch for additional privacy . Once again , no expense spared and 100% FIVE STAR . After a few hours sleep we ventured to the adjoining Jewel Shopping Mall complete with its own full size waterfall . As you would expect , this is most impressive and another example of all the exciting sights to see in Singapore and remarkable feats of engineering on offer in this City State . Plenty of dinning options here and of course shopping , there is even waterfall light shows in the evening however I did notice that compared to the malls in downtown Singapore the prices in a lot of the restaurants are significantly higher . Getting back to the hotel, we spent sometime by the very impressive swimming pool . Large and very well designed with plenty of sunbathing areas , like everything else about this hotel the layout and quality is most impressive . We ventured into the mall at night to eat after first visiting the hotels " BAR 75 ", this is a stylish sports themed bar which offers a very generous happy hour . In hind sight we wish now we had stayed and dined in the hotel restaurant called Azur which I believe offers something in the margin of around 30% discount to hotel guests . Overall , this was a great way to end our trip , the hotel offers both convenience and luxury and we would definitely stay here again . …

The location is pretty amazing that is what you might pay for … the place is a construction side at the moment and there is a significant lack of service. I would have expected that this is disclosed when booking a room and paying additional $200 for an early check in. The rooms are dated in a colour scheme which looks like a kindergarten and the bathroom was very mouldy-overall you only pay for being within the terminal that’s all. In the future I would spend the money in a proper Hotel and pay for private transportation to and from the airport.

Excellent location and a great hotel to break up two long haul flights. Very quiet but extremely comfortable hotel and easily accessible from any of the terminals at Change airport. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Staff services were great , warm welcome at reception. Concierge service is great to guide on grab car pick up service as it always create confusion to the grab car driver finding the pick up point . Shower cap -Water pressure is low in the bathroom . Water leaking from the cap when turn on the shower . Breakfast selection is good , can improve on the Chinese variety , not just chapchye everyday .

We had a layover in Singapore and decided to stay the night here and it was the best decision. The room was so nice and best was insanely comfy. It is super close to the Jewel which was great to check out. Highly recommend!

Stopped overnight on the way from Sydney to London. Friendly, quick and efficient check-in as it was late at night. Hotel is very convenient to departures and arrivals and Jewel. The room was great, lots of space, bath perfect with a good view.

Despite the ongoing building works, Crowne Plaza is still our chosen place for a layover after a long flight from Europe. The bed seemed more comfortable than on prior visits and the pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast staff were very efficient and so was the receptionist who checked us in.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. All amenities available and located in the airport just minutes away from your gate. Wonderful soaker tub available to soak the stresses of the long air fare away. The swimming pool looked so welcoming but did not get a chance to experience it as we were minutes away from visiting the Changi Jewel shopping center.
