We booked a one bedroom plus kitchen/lounge for a total of nine nights at Park Avenue Clemenceau. The full kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook plus it had a washer/dryer. There was ample storage space and the wardrobes had internal lighting. 2 small things to note. There was no iron/ironing board and the pillows were plump and fairly firm. If you like a soft and flatter pillow- we suggest bringing your own. There may well be access to an iron/ironing board at the hotel but we never asked. We had family stay at a more expensive hotel in Singapore and they agreed our location the accommodation and the facilities were superior to theirs. The swimming pool was well kept and a very nice relaxing space during the day and evening. This hotel has a discrete entrance on the ground floor of UE Square. There is a shopping mall that includes a supermarket and a 7/11 and quite a few restaurants - all just metres from the hotels entrance. We recommed the Pastelaria rsstaurant in the UE Square Mall for a delicious selection of food options at reasonable prices. The day and night staff at reception were excellent. They provided us with information, were able to extend our booking when we asked and were always friendly and helpful. I have read the reviews that have complained about staff there. This was not our experience. A standout staff member at reception was Vijaya. Her personal warmth and can do attitude was much appreciated by us both. In saying this we cannot fault the other staff who were both attentive and helpful. One last thing. Housekeeping. Some reviewers of this hotel had some issues with housekeeping. In our experience they were terrific. Room cleaning is Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the hotel. You can also contact housekeeping on the weekends if you require any supplies for your room etc. My preference was to not have the room cleaned every second day and they were accommodating and ensured we had bottled water, toilet paper and tea if we were running low. We have agreed that this is the place for us to stay in Singapore and we will be recommending it to all who visit beautiful Singapore.

Overall, our stay at Park Avenue Clemenceau was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for our kids to move around comfortably. The swimming pool was a nice touch, and the location couldn’t be better, right inside the UE Square mall with easy access to supermarkets, cafes, and bakeries. Plus, the hotel is well-connected to transportation, making it easy to get around the city.
The housekeeping staff were excellent—very polite and quick to provide additional toiletries when we asked.
However, there was a bit of an issue with early check-in. Despite informing the hotel ahead of time and requesting early access to the room, the staff were initially resistant to accommodate us before the 2:00 PM check-in time. It wasn’t until I was sitting with my sleeping child in my lap at the reception that they finally agreed to provide the room. I believe sometimes, especially after long travels with kids, going a bit beyond the usual check-in policy to ensure customer comfort would make a huge difference.
Overall, a great experience, but I hope the hotel will take this feedback on board to improve guest satisfaction in similar situations.

We look forward to staying here with our 2 small kids every year. The accommodation is spacious by Singapore‘s standards and the kitchen is very well-equipped, something any family with young kids would highly value. Location is top - right next to the blue MRT line or take any of the buses to bring you to Somerset/Orchard Rd, and lots of eating options along river valley road and great world city, a shopping centre catered for kids/families. Last but not least, the staff really go the extra mile here. We have dealt with the same staff every year and know many of them by names by now :) Front desk staff (Vichaya, Lynn, Zhihui) are very responsive and helpful. Housekeeping (Mui Leng and her team) have been very reliable coming in every 2 days, and have been kind in offering us additional equipment for kids (eg high chair for kids) - thank you very much and we look forward to seeing you next year again!

Great accommodation overall. It was ideal for us travelling as a family of 2 adults and a 6 month old. It’s less than a 5 min walk from Fort Canning MRT (all the MRT stations had a lift) and is next door to a mall (UE square) with a supermarket. The building had lifts so no issues with the pram. The accommodation was spacious and clean. We were provided with a cot and high chair. It had a washer/dryer which we made use of, and basic kitchen equipment and good kitchen appliances (fridge/freezer, induction hob, microwave, grill). We were provided with dish soap and washing powder. There was a shower over a bath. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping staff (Mui Leng, Tracy, Xiu Yin) who kindly provided a mat to go on the tiled floor as our baby had just started crawling and would fall over. Would highly recommend this accommodation!
As a general addition we found Singapore to be a good place to visit with an infant. People were very friendly. We mostly used the pram when out and about and only occasionally had to lift it up/down steps. The only place we struggled was when doing the Imbiah nature trail - we just managed with the pram but would agree it wouldn’t be pram suitable for most people, and there was no lift to get up to the start of the trail. We hadn’t been able to find information on the night safari in advance - the trails are pram suitable, I would say the main limitation is how your baby is at that time of night, potentially after a long, warm day. I was breastfeeding and fed frequently in public discreetly with no issues. Lots of attractions and the airport have nursing rooms and either baby changing in the female/male toilets or a baby care room. However the hawker centres and other places we ate didn’t tend to have baby changing facilities.

We stayed in this serviced hotel for six weeks and our overall experience was excellent.
👍The housekeeping service is excellent: they clean three times a week—always ensuring our towels, bedsheets and linens are fresh. Kudos to the Manager Mui Leng and housekeepers Kumar and Mus. We have befriended them because of our long stay. The staff are always available to provide laundry powder and toiletries which are included in the rates.
👍The kitchen is well-equipped with a good sized refrigerator, three burner stove, strong oven, microwave, and toaster oven which allowed us to cook meals most days.
👍 The units are spacious and tastefully decorated. The beds are firm and the pillows are fluffy. The air conditioning can also be controlled in every room.
👍The view of Unit 1024 overlooking Clarke Quay is lovely! We even experienced a drone show right outside our window on NYE.
👍The coffee machine brews excellent coffee. The beans are fresh and there are coffee options: espresso, latte, americano (better than the $6 cup Starbucks outside the building!)
👍The location is CENTRAL and accessible to the MRT, buses, and if you like to walk— places of interest are practically only 1-2km away from the hotel. We’ve walked to Orchard Rd, Chinatown, MBS (this is the farthest around 3km), National Library, National Museum, Clarke Quay, and of course the very historic Fort Canning right across the building.
However, there are also some facilities that need improvement:
1. The elevator from 1F to 5F takes forever. 2. The gym can only accommodate two people in the weights area at a time. 3. The pool is NOT a lap pool. It’s only about 10-15m in my estimation. It is also ALWAYS terribly cold.
In summary, Park Avenue felt like home away from home. Highly recommended!!!

A delight to stay at, it was a very comfortable and convenient place for our family to use as a base while staying in Singapore for a week. With separate bedrooms (and individual airconditioning) everyone could get rest, and a central family area gave us space rather than sitting on beds every day - something of a premium on a holiday where we didn't want to overdo things in the Singapore heat!
The location is great, with the new-ish Downtown line across the road, and plenty of eating options within walking distance and Little India and Chinatown both one or two MRT stops away. It's even only one change in line from Changi.
The staff were helpful, the pool was well used by the kids (although not that conducive to exercise, as it tops out at 1.2m deep) and there's a 24 hour gym though unused by us.

We are family of 4 that stayed at Park Avenue for 6 nights in Jan. We booked the 2 bedrooms superior room, with 2 bathrooms. The accomodation is spacious, beds are very comfortable. The unit has a washer/dryer combo which is handy for us. Foyer also has a coffee machine that we use every morning. Pool is a good size but we only managed to visit once we spent of the time sightseeing.
The location of Park Ave is perfect for us, supermarket, 7/11 downstairs. Starbucks close by but what we like is the eateries round the corner that sells Kopi and Kaya toast and other authentic food. The Japanese bakery a street away is also very nice. MRT station is only across the road, bus stops right outside. It is very close to Clark Quay (definitely walkable), and if weather is nice it is around 15-20 mins walk to China town which we did a few times. Orchard road is also walkable and quite pleasant on early morning as you can cut through fort canning park. The hotel is on the blue line (downtown line) so direct to many tourist attractions such as Bayfront (Marina bay sand), Promenade (suntec), Jalan Besar (little India), Chinatown

We've been to Singapore on vacation many times, staying at various hotels and service apartments around the city. This time, recommended by a friend, we stayed at Park Suites Clemenceau. Our stay of 10 days exceeded our expectations. The one bedroom and living room/kitchen was modern and clean. The washing machine in room worked well with ironing board and clothes rack, essential for any extended Singapore stay. The location was close to the MRT and Robertsons Quay/Restaurants ++ with supermarket in the same complex. The cleaning staff( in our case Kumar), Supervisor Mui Leng were particularly attentive and helpful. Definitely on our list to stay again.
