We stayed at the premier suite for a week before leaving for Sydney. Hands down one of the nicest apartment hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, with lots of storage. We immediately felt like we were at home.
Anthony and the staff at Dao were exceptional as well. Helping us with lots and lots of luggage and going above and beyond to make sure our stay was fun and memorable.

Service: While there was the virus, we felt very safe and assured that the hotel had proper measures to take our temperature, collect our travel history, and separation of patrons who were served stay home notice. Kudos on keeping all patrons safe without affecting the experience!
The staff were also very patient with us, and came back to do housekeeping at a specific time later when we are out of the room.
Location: The location of the hotel is great - walking distance to Tanjong Pagar. We could easily grab our meals or do some grocery shopping to take advantage of the kitchen in our suite.
Food: We ordered in room service for breakfast and it was very tasty. We liked the Smoked Salmon Sandwich as well as the big breakfast.
In the room, there were complimentary Nespresso capsules and tea from Monogram. The tea was really one of the best tasting I ever had and they actively refilled the 6 packs of flavoured tea every day. That was a very nice touch and we really loved the tea.
Room: We were given a suite with a kitchen and living room set up on top of the bedroom. The view was great, and we enjoyed sitting on the bay window and looking out to sea. The bed was lush and comfy, room was extremely clean. Given that it was a serviced apartment, it was also very convenient to work in - I did some proper work on the laptop (making power points). The bathroom while smaller in comparison to the other rooms, was a fair size and well stocked with amenities. Among all the amenities, we really loved the bathrobe and the slippers the most. They were so plush and comfy we were tempted to buy them home (but didn't because the robes were $80 a piece - high quality experience indeed).
Facilities: They had a gym and an infinity pool. We did not use the gym but had a good time at the pool. There is an embedded Jacuzzi in the pool. Beautiful view and very comfortable. The pool seats were also comfortable, and there were even day beds available (if you are lucky to snap it up before others).
Overall: Wonderful place to stay with good location in town! Sometimes too comfy we don't even want to step out and I mean that as a compliment XD

With the re-opening of hotels and service apartments after Circuit Breaker, we decided to book 2 nights at Oakwood Premier @ OUE Downtown for our family staycation. Its location - in the heart of Singapore’s CBD (3 mins walk to Tanjong Pagar MRT), made traveling around very easy. It is a short walk to Lau Pa Sat, Telok Ayer and Amoy.
The family suite was spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 adults.
However, the best part of the experience was the service we experienced from the wonderful team. From front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant/breakfast room, Seventh, each staff was friendly and cheerful, doing their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Special mention to Mei Xian from Se7enth - who attended to us on both days. Despite running on a lean team, Mei Xian was helpful and professional throughout. She was friendly and attentive to all the guests.
I highly recommend Oakwood Premier to anyone looking for a weekend staycation in the CBD.

Incredibly organised regarding COVID safety, temperature checks etc, cleanliness, quarantine regulations upon arrival, all staff are masked at all times and respect social distancing. Great airport transfer (extra). Staff were all very helpful, willing to help at all times especially with printing documents, booking cabs, directions, booking restaurants and info regarding pre-departure COVID testing. They even organised (free of charge) some birthday cake and decorations in our room as a surprise for our daughter who's birthday was during our stay! The room (2 bedroom apartment) was better than we imagined, extremely clean and comfortable, well equipped with fridge, oven, hob, coffee machine with pods, washing machine & dryer, ironing board & iron. We had breakfast included which was brought to the table and extremely good. I have food intolerances and they catered for this very well, the chef came out every morning to check with me if what he was preparing was ok. Hotel is close to shops and walking distance from many areas, served well by public transport and taxis are easy to hire. Thank you for making our stay so lovely, especially when traveling in the present time is not easy!

Second stay and dissapointed Check in very quick and smooth. Room also quite big and efficient and clean
Breakfast boring, not many variety, the chef who cook the eggs never give smile, always long face. 2 chef and all the same attitude.
water pressure in the 23 floor was very weak plus if u switch the handle to hot water, the water pressure become worse.
I was having bad neigbour, where the room beside me was very noisy and so loud until late midnight. Apparently the room might not have sound proof. I was trying to reach the reception many times but no one pick up the phone. This condition also repeated in the second night i stayed and same as before no one in reception pick up the phone. In the third night, that family making more loud noise and in abit early, finally i can reach reception. Not sure what is their SLA, it was taking so much time to handle my issues. Basically they did not do anything. I called again and asked them do something surprisingly their solution is to offer me to move to other which is i did not want to do. Again i made a phone call and i asked them to warn the family, and suprisingly their replied is the have no right to warn them. That really a very stupid answer that i heard from 5 star hotel like oakwood, seriously! Never in my life from all hotel i had stayed esspecially 5 star gave that stupid answer. Then i asked them back, what is My right? I also paid same money as them, i have right to treat the same. Finally they did inform the family and the sound much better. As simple as that!!!
Dear oakwood your staff need more training to solve issue! Their problem solving skill was making me piss off!
One more thing, your housekeeping only clean up the bed and clean up utensil that ive used, because i noticed there was small paper in the floor, they never clean it up. And it can be seen easily.

We stayed six nights in a one bed deluxe apartment. They were superbly furnished- fully equipped kitchen including washer / dryer which was really useful if travelling on from Singapore. Daily cleaning service and complimentary bottled water. Breakfast was excellent - everything you need to set you up for the day (6.30-10.30am). Reception is on level 7 of the building. Taxi rank just outside. Outdoor pool area was lovely on hot days. Very clean and safe. Good poolside bar and snack service. Bathroom was split with a walk in shower ( incl toiletries) and sink, and another sink and toilet opposite which was useful. Air con worked great and was quiet. Very comfortable beds and pillows and great storage. Two TVs incl sky news channel. We are out every night but you could easily eat in the Oakwood and or cook in your room ( dining table / chairs in entrances area). Overall a superb way of enjoying 5 star hotel services but with more independent living and laundry facilities. I would highly recommend 👍.

My staycay at Oakwood Premier is the best one I had so far! All the staff I encountered from check-in, on the phone, to the ones in restaurant etc were all very polite and helpful. Booked the one-bedroom deluxe and was given the highest level at level 32 and the partial sea view was pretty nice. Bedroom, toilet and living area size were all perfect. Did not get the chance to use the kitchen but I noticed that it is very well equipped with dishwashing soap & sponge, toaster, rice cooker, cutlery and cooking utensils etc.
Ordered in room dining through their tablet (where you can request for items as well conveniently) and found the food a little bland, namely the truffle risotto and seventh burger.
We were also given 2 cakes, 2 glasses of wine and a card printed with our names on it for our birthdays! Was impressed by their effort in printing the card.
Swimming pool is of a nice size and there are 2 poolside cabanas, really enjoyed our time there. Water is pretty cold even at noon as there is no direct sunlight at the pool area.
Location is great as well! Just a short walk to tanjong pagar station. Overall, we had a really good stay and will be back!

As mentioned in the title they delcare this has apartment but in reality it is equivalent to an hotel. Since it does not have any full fledge ammenities to consider it has an apartment. Reagarding my experince the best part of the stay is the Morning breakfast which is good with different varities. Intially we had some challenges with their flexibilty towards having food for my 2 year son but later it was carefully and efficiently handled by Mr. Sam Sathiya F&B executive. He has taken atmost attention during the breakfast time when we are with our 2 years son.
Rooms have limited supply of coeffe capusles and limited supply of sanitary items if you need further then you have to order and buy. The front end reception treats you very hars especially if you request for additonal room cards. The front end reception needs to be trained more to handle customers looking at the situation. Overall I can recommend this hotel only for a short stay for business and never plan to stay for long with the family especially with small childrens since it is just a hotel and not an apartment.

This is one of the few dog friendly hotel we managed to find. And glad that we did. The stay was extremely comfortable, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The one-bed room executive apt we booked, comes with all the kitchen ware you would need, from cooking rice to making pasta. Very convenient. There's also a washing machine that you could do a quick wash with the detergent they provided.
We were given free board games to bring home by Playnation (great addition to my games collection) and given a $60 dining credit voucher, along with two complimentary drink vouchers during our stay as well.
Pool looks amazing and the gym equipments are well kept and cleaned.
Overall, perfect for a small family of two or three looking for an alternative break from the pandemic. Or just a random stay. :)

Honestly, just a very average staycation choice, and I wish I have more good things to say after reading so many positive reviews and also has been one of my top consideration to try this place.
Since it is a serviced apartment type of lodging, and hence, I do not expect the bells and whistles of hotels, but other than a place to 'sleep' and 'relax', there isn't else much to rave about.
Good choice for 4-5 pax as they have two bedroom apartment for families if you are looking for that extra space for a living and dining area, otherwise a usual hotel with two rooms, requesting for connecting may be better.
Booked the two bedroom deluxe apartment, and certainly being the lowest category of all the two bedroom apartment type, is you get what you pay. The apartment while located in a corner are good, but faces directly, or rather just right beside a presumably connecting office building, which makes the living and dining area quite dark even during the daytime.
Since it is an apartment, and probably after a few years of cooking and washing, from time to time, there seems to have some kind of smell in the apartment every now and then. Also, the towels were very worn out. The air-conditioning in the bed rooms also gets either very warm or cold, even with a 0.5 to 1 degree adjustment.
Service was average but some staff are really pretty good though, while I didn't get their names, but worth mentioning. Housekeeping staff cleaning our apartment (think is a China lady), very friendly and nice; and breakfast staff, a lady wearing banquet like uniform (not manager in suit), whom despite being slammed by orders and service, but still managed to wish us a good meal every time she brought us our food and drinks, one can even feel her smile despite wearing a mask.

No robotics but staff very polite with kids. If you have taken with breakfast they can make waffle for your kid. My son loved it. You can ask for Ms Jenny or another Malaysian man, forget the name.

Hi, I don’t think many Hotel allowed Pawcation . I know Fairmont Hotel at Raffles City allowed and got special Pet amenities. You may call the Hotel directly to check.
