Stayed for a week for our second time at Park Hotel - very nice room on top floor and recommend the Crystal Club upgrade as staff in the lounge really good, attentive and couldn't be more helpful - really makes the stay even better. Hotel very clean, good standards in all areas.

Park Hotel is an excellent base to explore Singapore. We found all staff at the hotel helpful, friendly and efficient. Breakfast gave excellent choices and no pressure to rush the meal.It was helpful to be able to have the room until 6pm on the day of departure as this gave us time to shower and pack after a day in...

Very good price quality hotel, nice outside swimming pool + bar , not too big hotel, very gentle service, central location 5 min walking from Clarke Quay MRT, a little bit noisy outside due to near construction works along the river. In summary I recommand !

We had booked a superior room which no longer exists and arrived about 9.30am after long night from London. It was suggested we upgrade to a club room which was available immediately and came with other benefits all of which we used. For us it was worth the extra money as breakfast, all day soft drinks and alcoholic drinks in...

We chose the Park Hotel as it was convenient for Clarke Quay and other locations. Singapore is a wonderful city and The Park Hotel provided a bed for our 5 night stay. Frankly it is what it is - used by travellers staying just a few nights, the staff are friendly and helpful - well done Bryan on front desk...

Dear buckdenbursar At times the breakfast area can be quite crowded due to high occupancy the hotel is experiencing. We do our very best to ensure the waiting time is short and we seek your kind understanding on the matter. As for the noise level as mentioned, we are verifying the issues. We do hope this will not deter you...

Having chosen to upgrade to Club level on this visit, I found the services very good. The staff were very attentive but never intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble for them, particularly Ronaline and Yani. The Concierge staff were also helpful and well informed. The facilities offered and the smaller size of the hotel make it ideal for stopovers and...

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it.
