The location of the hotel is very good. There is a museum just 200 meters away. The service of the hotel staff is very good. I even received a small birthday cake from the hotel. It was a great surprise.

Basic small room & bathroom sufficient for sleeping only. No bar or restaurant on site. Friendly helpful door staff, & counter staff very helpful tending to my sim card that needed changing. Area handy to everything & MRT right outside. Needing some TLC as hotel rooms often do. Nice downstairs heated pool. Basic bed & pillows.

An average kind of a hotel with very small rooms and absolutely no wardrobes. It would be ok for a single night stay but beyond that, it’s tough to manage . Location is the only plus point with a bus stop right in front and Bencoleen metro station too. The lack of health faucet in toilets is a big negative. The lack of in- house restaurant is made good by having arrangement with an adjacent restaurant for buffet breakfast. The buffet lacks variety. Upon our expressing disappointment over the same, we were given coupons for buffet breakfast in another restaurant across the road , which has slightly spacious interiors but again, the buffet layout lacked variety.

Great hotel in the Bencoolen area right near the MRT station and walking distance to so many things eg, Bugis shopping, Fort Canning Park, the Peranakan Museum, The National Museum, Raffles and Orchard Rd to name a few. The staff were lovely, especially the young lady who checked me in but whose name I didn't catch, unfortunately. The door guys are amazing! Big thank you for taking my luggage to the taxi for me :-) The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable and absolutely fine for solo travellers or even a couple with not heaps of luggage. I didn't get to try the pool but no doubt its a great facility to have in any stay. I had a room with a balcony so I had some outdoor space and a great view to enjoy. Would be nice to have some sort of seating out there if allowable. All in all a really nice stay and would to stay again.…

Great location and fabulous service. Rooms were comfortable and filtered water provided in room, and beds comfy. Staff were extremely helpful in particular David Yeo! Great place for a short stay while travelling through Singapore.

We stayed here for 5 days in september 2023. The hotel staff (including mister Yash) were very friendly and helpful. They were ready to assist us in any situation. Supply of breakfast at the hotel is limited but sufficient. The basic dishes are the same daily, with some minor additions daily. We had a room for 2 with 2 single beds, which seemed a bit small at first, but it was not too bad. Only downside is that there is no place to put your clothes, only some coat racks are available for this. Not enough, obviously. The bathroom is clean and swimming pool is available. The walls of the hotel must be very thin, because we had noise every night: either from people in our hallway or from people above our room. The hotel was ideally located for us : 50 m from a metro station (very easy to use by the way, the MRT), only a 15-minute walk from Marina Bay, and close to all kinds of shops and eateries.…

Incredible service of the hotel, we got another blanket delivered to our room at 24:00, when we asked for it. Furthermore after our checkout in the evening (~22:00 and keeping in mind checkout was at 11:00) were able to take a shower in an unoccupied room, prior to leaving to the airport. Besides that the rooms are functional and have everything you need however they are nothing special. The location of the hotel is good and close to a metro station as well as several bus stops, getting you to anywhere in the city quickly. All in all a great hotel for a city trip, would go to this hotel again for sure.
