Not a fantastic experience. It is over price for a budget. Booked via agoda. Excellent location though. It is the cheapest and nearest to East Coast Beach. Good food restaurants nearby to the location. Room is way too small and average service.
The price is reasonable, but not well maintained, in terms of cleanliness. They have what you need, but that can be improved. Other than that, location is good. There are good restaurants and it's very quiet at night.
My little brother and i stayed in for 3D2N, room is surprisingly small but well maintained.
Otherwise not much too say about it except that it was about 20 mn walking distance from the mrt. Thats the only downside.
Otherwise, nice room
Decent budget hotel in a good location. Superior rooms are better (comes with windows) - you get what you pay for, rooms are very small but in my experience they were clean and beds very comfy. Lots of food options at the doorstep and only...More

The Joo Chiat area is the traditional home of Peranakan culture in Singapore, an ethnic group descending from the blending of Chinese and Malay families in the 15th century. The neighbourhood is packed with colourful shops, local characters, and quiet charm. The main streets overflow with diners enjoying katong laksa, the signature Peranakan spicy noodle soup. Signs of youthful entrepreneurship are
visible as well, with modern cafes, bars, and shops abounding. Visit Joo Chiat to take a break from the big city sights and enjoy a relaxing afternoon with a laid-back and local vibe.
We are due two stay with you in September this year for 10 nights as your hotel is one of the closest to our daughter and family who live on Marine Parade Road, we have booked a superior room with window and would request one at the back if possible as I am a light sleeper so road noise may be an issue. If your hotel is suitable for our stay we could be looking to return for 3 weeks stay in December 2015.
