Room was a little on the small side but the balcony made up for it. Bed was really comfy though. One thing to point out, if you take the balcony room, you would be facing an old Muslim cemetery on the other side. Other than that, location is good. Near to Bugis and Lavender MRT. Would be a good area...

The location is good, there are many nice restaurants around the area, nice and quiet, With in a walking distance to Bugis Junction. For muslim worshiper there is a big Masjid called Masjid sultan. I like the restaurant there especially the Hjh Maimunah Restaurant.

Good location near bugis area where I can walk to arab Street,Haji lane n Baghdad Street.since my room was facing the Victoria St, the traffic noise is unavoidable. 😊😊. The advantage of staying at the 4th floor was easy access to the swimming pool!!

The hotel is located in the bugis area, which is known for a lot of nice restaurants and great shopping possibilities. Therefore the location is very convenient, the rooms are basic but nice and clean! I would definitely book this hotel again.

This hotel is almost right smack in between Lavender station and Bugis station. It is around a good 7 minute walk to either stations. If you will take the Hop On Hop Off sightseeing bus, this hotel is around 5 minute walk to a stop, which is a big plus for me. Right behind the hotel is a street where...

We stayed here for 4 days and I must appreciate the arrangements done by the hotel staff. As soon as we checked our room was upgraded to a room with window, may be because we booked basement without window it directly from hotel website. We were provided a handy smartphone with everything free and as the name suggests it was...

The hotel needs an update. My first room I was checked into was only just big enough to fit a been size bed in. The curtains did not close fully and the mattress was old and sloped into the middle. After changing rooms the bed was more comfortable but still the room size was small. also needs updating as decor...

Our stay at Santa Grand Hotel Bugis was great. The staffs are really friendly welcoming us, they allow our little children to stay in one room with us, unlike other fussy Singaporean hotels. Our room was ready for early check-in and they upgraded it to deluxe room for free, on the same floor with the swimming pool which is very...
