We got 2 standard basement rooms (no window). This is the cheapest room (USD175 per room for 2 nights) with breakfast, which I booked directly at the hotel website. At first, I was worried since the price was really low compared to other hotels and I can't help thinking that we'll get a crappy room and service from the hotel....

It is a good place and very good for the services. Near to the albert center for the hawker place and near to MRT station. For the wifi services they should increase the connection, because it cannot be reach from my room at the 3rd floor

I was upgraded to the 4th floor rooms and I have to say the room, staff and service was fantastic. Definitely would return to stay in Santa Grand Hotel when I return to Singapore. Great location great place to stay very close to MRT. Very Happy with my 16 days stay in Santa Grand Hotel.

I just came back from my vacation in Singapore and I stayed at this hotel. The hotel offered a good location that is close to MRT station, bus stops, cafes, and convenience stores. I arrived before 2 PM and they told me my room was not ready yet. I asked the lady if I could keep my bags when I...

The room was big enough for the budget hotel. We love the bathroom, but the bathtub button didn't work, so we couldn't soak in the bathtub. WiFi doesn't work when we stay there. We just loved the neighborhood, the location is near enough to MRT station. Sure, be back !

Great location. It's in the heart of Bugis. It's only 3-5 minutes walk to Bugis station and Bugis market. The room was okay. Breakfast is pretty decent but I find the restaurant staff a bit rude. It's only 15 minutes past 9am and we're the last one eating but they made us feel hurried so they can close already. They're...

Santa Grand Hotel is a good choice for a budget short stay, its conveniently placed nearby bugis MRT, bugis junction and some hip cafes. Checking in and checking out are simple and fast, they also provide you with a phone to ease your travels. the only few downsides are the lack of bright lighting in the rooms and in the...

I stayed at a room with balcony. I loved the stay of my 6 days. Easy connect to little India, China Town, Mustafa market by walk :) Halal food is prevailed everywhere. Nearby mosques, churches and temples. Pretty decent breakfast in the morning. Very humble Reception people. We will repeat my stay for sure.
