Eventho the spacepod main entrance is kinda small .. we took cab there .. we didn’t see the spacepod sign we turn one more round untill we found the spacepod .. the stay was good , just that sometimes the receptionist is not in the desk.. but overall it’s good .. it seems clean .. the receptionist were friendly .. i love their complimentary stuff , like 24 hours free coffe and tea .. and for the couple spacepod .. i think it’s quite big .. suitable for couple .. overall i like it❤️

If you have big luggage, it's hard to carry up because the rooms are on the third floor with steep stairs. The rooms are very small, accommodating 10 people at once. It's tough to get good sleep due to noisy doors opening and closing at night. It's better to spend an extra $50 for a better hotel.
The whole level 2 &3 (almost all the rooms, bathroom) lack proper ventilation, making the bathroom humid and uncomfortable to use. You might feel like you're not getting enough oxygen.
It's not worth even a dollar to stay here. They take advantage of high hotel prices in Singapore, cramming 10 people into tiny rooms and making over $600 a night. Don't make your experience worse by staying in such places.
This place might be suitable for those under 19 years old. Don’t play with your health.

At 2.30 am I woke up sweaty in my capsule which had no temperature control. I also needed to use the toilet ..so I went to the toilet and had a shower.
I returned to my room but my card did not work I tried several times but did . So ask another guest where the staff is. He said there was a number. At the desk for emergencies l rang 8 times but no reply the other guest tried 5 times.
There should be a member of staff all the time .. but here guests must live all die ..the staff and owners don't care.
It's 3.50 and nobody answers the phone because they are sleeping unlike me .
I shall contact the tourism department later today

The wifi is so slow. The place is filthy. Lockers are too small. Photos are quite deceitful I booked for a two capsule they gave as one capsule for sharing!! Imagine that. This is the first time I had booked a capsule that allows two people inside!! Aircon is not properly working. The curtains are all torn up. This is the worst capsule hotel I ever have been to.

Good hostel. Easy to check in, you will meet casual staff, and try to give you the best room that suitable for you. Minus only, no lift to hostel, so you can see women with big suitcase up and down staircase. Location very good, not far (less than 1 km) from MRT and bus stop, groceries, fast food etc. Peacefull living area.

My second stay in hostel. Honestly, it changed my sceptical attitude, and i enjoy staying here. What I adore most is the room itself, very unique and and bed is quite spacious for solo traveller. Room, toilet, eatery area is clean and big enough. Location is quite close with Lavender MRT, 10mins walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Booking.com and this place scam. The room is filthy, terrible smell. After the 1st night, my team decided to move to another place. We know the policy of no returns, but they report to Booking said we did not show up. And so, no rating could be made.

First I would like to know HOW does booking.com still have this place on there web site when Lavender keeps on canceling bookings made on booking.coms web site, i dont book with booking.com anymore because it is a scam and the Lavender is a scam also. what happens is people book on booking.com and the booking is made but the Lavender has the room advertise on a different web site a does not take it off when a booking is made. but gets a better price and then cancels the frist booking and this could be up to a few hours before hand and some how booking.com is in on it to ( making money) i know this because i have a friend that works in booking.com in the UK and she tell me this in happen all the time with this company. she also tells me that booking.com is making money out of it This happen to me and my family only a week ago and booking didnt give a dam Left me and my family in Singapore with no were to stay, SCAM,SCAM,SCAM

It's clean, comfortable, has very good location and friendly staff. Only downside is that the hostel is located on the 3rd story and there's no lift. The Pods are spacious and comfortable with privacy shades. There's even cable TV in the shared area. Very near mrt, supermarket and a lot of places to eat within 5mins walk.

Booked Spacepod Singapore with Booking.com and Spacepod canceled booking TWO hours before we landed I was with my family wife and two kids and left in Singapore airport with no where to stay I rang the property form the plane and the girl basically told the room was gone, rang Booking.com and they told me was nothing to do with them , The phone calls cast me 118 euros, yes that’s 118 euro trying to sort it out . After a long time Booking.com got us accommodation in what I can only say was a HOLE for a lot of money, A once in a lifetime holiday ruined because of these people’s greed, this property puts the room on two companies web sites and I come along and book the room but the company doesn’t take it off the other web site and gets more money for it and then sells it to the other person and I’m left with out a room . Booking.com are as much to blame for have these companies on there web site and the girl in Booking.com told me this happened before with the property a few times, Booking.com why do you still advise these property’s? and to Add insult to injury Booking.com offer me 20 euro , after 118 euro and a room like a prison, what a scam on both sides, THERE NEEDS TO BE SOMEONE SOMEWHERE ABLE TO REGULATE THESE COMPANIES BECAUSE AS FAR AS I CAN SEE THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH IT, a scam between the two the property and Booking.com, Just think about it a family of 4 on a once in a lifetime holiday left in a airport in Singapore for 2 and half hours not knowing where we are going to stay , stay away from Spacepod Singapore and Booking.com if you went a good holiday , worldtravelfood@gmail.com
