We had a great stay, which was for 3 nights, then decided to extend for a 4th night. The location, near Chinatown, is easy to get around to a lot; hawker centers, shops, restaurants, and MRT stations, all walking distances. The staff were very friendly, especially if you get to meet Subra, from the concierge. He was an absolute gem! The rooms were very clean and spacious and every time you walk into the lobby entrance you’re welcomed with a nice breeze and relaxing scented atmosphere. And the rooftop pool, gym, laundromat, sauna and steam room are all convenient. Would definitely come back and stay here the next time we visit Singapore.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights at this hotel on business during the past week and we enjoyed a really good experience. It represents very good value and it's location was ideal.
We were able to walk to many of our meetings/events; conveniently located near Metro stations (which we used multiple times including going to the airport during a really busy time as the city was experiencing many road closures due to the Formula 1 race); and loved staying on the edge of Chinatown where we enjoyed multiple meals.
The property overall is in very good shape and our deluxe room was very good size, quiet, well maintained and serviced and quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a nice variety of food options. Each day we enjoyed a swim in the very nice rooftop pool and while we didn't use the gym, it overlooks the pool and looked well equiped and in very good condition.
The staff were all very nice and accommodating but happy to give shout outs in particular to Hong of the maintenance staff who was great in resolving a slow draining bathroom sink and Seger and Fadhli of the concierge desk.
Overall, a really good property that represents excellent value in a city that can be very expensive and we would happily stay here on future visits to Singapore.

Whilst the location is very convenient and the rooms were clean and spacious we encountered multiple issues over our two night stay. Our check in was very slow and despite booking an interconnecting room we were advised we had two rooms next door to each other that did not connect. We received no help with moving luggage to and from our room. Having been travelling for a month we had multiple heavy bags that we had to lug by hand. Even the airport offers trolleys!! Our key cards were temperamental and we found ourselves locked out of our room on multiple occasions. We had to request additional toilet paper and tissues, a fairly essential item one would think. Despite booking breakfast for three people with our room we were told very rudely on both mornings that our nine year old was not Included for breakfast. The concierge was rude and unfriendly and seemed genuinely put out when we asked him to book us a cab. Having checked out my husband realised he’d left two shirts behind in the wardrobe. We were not contacted by the hotel and upon phoning them multiple times to retrieve them we were given the run around and it took three days for them to get back to us. Overall I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for good customer service and care. The staff were particularly rude and appeared to just be doing the minimal amount of work they could.

We stayed at the Capri by Fraser China Square for 3 nights. The hotel is located close to China Town MTR station (Downtown and North East Line) and within close walking distance to China Town, Marina Boulevard and the Singapore River.
Check-in was quick and easy and we received an upgrade to ab executive room on the 14th floor. Room was clean, featuring modern interior and is based on a one room open concept with kitchenet and bathroom being openly connected to the bedroom. There are two separate cubical cabins, one being the toilette the other being the shower. Additionally, the room had a small working desk and comfortable lounge chair.
Whilst the rooms are certainly on the small end of the scale, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the central location with very good transport links

Overall the experience of staying at Capri was good. It is in a great location and walking distance to MRT and a lot of foods options - including Maxwell hawker centre. The service was fantastic and facilities great (Pool, gym and laundry area). The only downside was the bathroom could of been cleaner and the room was a bit dusty. Also need to be careful of the bathroom doors slamming. The bathroom vanity area is open within the room and the shower and toilet area are enclosed cubicles. This takes a bit of getting use to. Overall a good experience with great service and we would stay again. Would be excellent for families as they have a small kitchenette and microwave in the room too.

Supposedly a branded hotel but rather quiet and small. Located in the city center, close to Chinatown and CBD. I don't see many serving staff around the hotel, maybe they are all working behind the scene. I didn't feel welcomed at all. Everything is quite high-tech here. I could cast video from my device to the TV through smart view. What I like most in the kitchenette was they have a capsule coffee maker and premium filtered water in the room for drinking. They even provide a handy dish washing detergent with pump for washing your cups and crockery.

Great room and location! Close to 2 MRT stations and many bus stops, food options, shops and experiences. The room we were in was well designed - appreciate the separate toilet, shower and vanity for flexibility of use. The kitchenette was well equipped and greatly appreciated. Facilities such as pool and laundry made stay lovely too. Staff very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

The Capri by Fraser in Chinatown is strategically located close to all nearby attractions. The Chinatown subway exit was within 2 minutes walk, there are many hawkers food courts and local

Yes, the toilet and shower are in separate cubicles, each with a darker coloured frosted glass heavy door. You can see those doors in the photos I and others have uploaded.
