OK so the room I stayed was extremely compact - no window, just bed and desk with some storage shelves - but it was enough ! Clean, good shared bathroom & kitchen facilities with free coffee and shampoo/ body soap. Also fairly recently renovated I believe - perfect for the no Frills single business traveller who just needs a place to crash and deal with a few emails etc

Excellent location, in the hearts of the CBD. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Room is small but adequate for 1 person. Noise levels manageable, though level 1 rooms can be alittle noise due to the nearby restaurant. Overall a good place for short stay.

love the room so much, repeatedly book my stays under ST signature bc its so so convenient, well decorated, extremely clean and the workers are so friendly and helpful!! the kitchen is also a good touch as sometimes i just wanna stay in and not get food from outside.

The rooms are really well designed with extremely comfortable bedding. The co-living kitchen area and bathrooms are well maintained and is the perfect opportunity to meet fellow travellers! The hotel is in a prime location for exploring all that Singapore has to offer such as Maxwell hawker centre which is only 1 street away. The hotel is also only a 20 minute walk to the marina Bay Area.

The place is conveniently located near city centre and it is compact and clean. A very pleasant co-living experience with modern technology (smart tv that links to Netflix and Spotify). It also has a dyson hair dryer and special toilet and bathroom section specifically for females only.

Was travelling solo to Singapore and booked a single cabin room here. The room was small and compact, but was surprisingly comfortable to live in and had everything i needed. It didn't feel stuffy at all, the mattress was comfy, and the air circulation was also great even without windows. Most importantly, the room was clean. The shared bathroom was always clean as well. Didn't have to fight over toilets and showers at any time even though they were shared. The people at the reception were all super friendly and helpful. The location was really great, and took only 3 mins to walk to the nearest MRT station. Overall, would recommend this place especially if you are on a budget. Totally worth it.

I was lucky to get the room which is the nearest to the female bathroom/toilet, so was contented although it’s a shared bathroom. Pros: Bathroom/toilet is always clean & dry. Whole hotel & room is clean & with nice fragrance, no mushy smell. Room is small but compact & comfy. I just needs to WhatsApp the person in charge if I am having any problems or questions, & it will be solved almost immediately. The hotel is in a good location which is surrounded by many food places, & it is only a short walking distance to both Maxwell & Tanjong Pagar MRT station. Cons: Please take note that Netflix is not accessible if u are not using your own account. The bar on the rooftop requires $40/entry even if u are the hotel guest. And always remember to bring out your hp if u are getting out of your room, as u needs the digital key for entering your room each time.…

Purpose of stay was due to my house being renovated for a short period of 4 days. Booked the S Lower Cabin with shared bathroom. The stay was nice as I had my own personal space, a study table and a TV right in front of my bed. Enough space for my items. It is in a peaceful and quiet area of the CBD, plus there are nearby restaurants and the winner for me: 24/7 Fairprice (grocery store) which is just a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There is a shared toilet space that is very clean, with a dyson hairdryer ,a cooking lab that comes with pans and basic cooking items, an eating space for everyone to enjoy the meal they just cooked, and an ironing board to keep their outfit looking fresh. There are minor downsides to the stay but I wouldn't count it as red flags. Firstly, the aircon is inconsistent. I set it for 25 degrees celsius the entire stay but the temperature doesn't stay. It will then leave the surfaces in the room wet and mirror foggy. Secondly, the entire place is not soundproof so you can hear your neighbours keying in their passcode to their room every single time. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay there again, and am currently missing the co-living space and the experience.…
