It was a very bad hotel, The location was perfect, it was really close to the MRT Station. The room was really wet, humid, and bad. You can see the water on the wall of the room. Not recommended for you to stay in this hotel. I booked this hotel after I saw some of the good people's reviews. But unfortunately, not a standard hotel to stay even for 1 night

The hotel quality is really bad. The aircon is dirty. The hotel promotes itself as “smoke free” but somebody has been smoking for two nights but the staff can do nothing about it. The toilet is full of cigarette smell every time someone smokes. To the hotel: Those who smoke will be fined for 200 SGD? What a joke. This is just a make-believe because you never know if someone is smoking, and even if you do, you’ll do nothing about it.

前台极为不专业!公然讨论住客,还是以能够被听到的声量!公然取笑讨论提早来等待check in的住客 嘲笑住客没有看check in时间就来,黑名单!不会再来也不推荐!

This is by far the worst hotel we have unfortunately experienced. It's like a prison cell. It's tiny puny. The price is not at par with the room and the overall experience. The staff are either rude, unhelpful, or clueless. All of them are part-timers, no manager in sight. The ac went out in several rooms in the middle of the night and nobody bothered to do anything. They just want you to endure it. If you want towels, toilet paper, or water, it will not come. You have to get it yourself. 4 nights and NOT A SINGLE TIME THAT THE ROOM WAS CLEANED!!!! The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and some fire exit doors were blocked!!!!! Imagine that! And the staff are all totally clueless. I have sooooooo may more bad experiences but this is far too long already. This hotel needs to be CLOSED. If I can give a lower rate than 1, I will.

Check in time is 2pm. Went at 3pm. Staff says all window rooms not clean yet. Come back at 5pm we upgrade you to executive at level 6 with window. Came back at 6pm. Male staff says housekeeping no clean level 6 room yet. In the end, give me level 2 room. TV spoilt, air con so noisy like MRT train. Changed room to level 3. Super tiny, about 8m2. Again, air con is so noisy like MRT train. Ask for another room, staff says no more room. Only these 2 rooms left. Ask for refund, staff says cannot. Only local channels. In the end, have to go home and sleep. Because the old dusty air con is way too loud. Not hygiene to sleep under old dusty noisy aircon.

Small, claustrophobic room with tiny table and narrow space between beds. Hard even to find floor space to open your bags without tripping over them later. No space for a chair. Useless, very narrow closet. Small bathroom with infrequent hot water if you are lucky. Because of its smallness, room gets overcooled even when air con is turned way down. Very flimsy blanket. Safety catch on door broken. Stingy provision of tea and coffee bags. No fridge or safe for valuables. And this is called a Superior Room for God's sake. You have to wonder what their standard rooms will be like Staff unhelpful and often can't understand simple English so they hang up on you, then refuse to pick up the phone again. Not a good place to find breakfast in the morning. Plenty of steamboat restaurants if you want to eat that sort of thing every day. Value for money is so abysmal that you want to throw up but as cleaning is so infrequent, you better not. Just close your eyes and pretend that you are somewhere else.
