The club lounge is great. Queenie, Simnie and staff were in attendance and they did a great job taking care of the club guests. Nice environment and friendly service. The manager Firdaus has been the most kind and friendly manager in listening to the guests' requests and making arrangements for guest to have a great stay at the hotel. A good hotel with a great team.

We just came back and I'm brief, staff is awesome, very polite and helpful, hotel very clean, breakfast buffet really nice, meets western and Asian preferences, pool nice, gym nice, view quite nice too, rooms a bit small but comfy and anyways if you are a tourist you won't be spending a lot in there isn't? Just shower and some sleep. Our overall experience? Recommended!

Congratulations! For being the worse hotel in Singapore. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff at check in were unfriendly although the restaurant and housekeeping staff were very nice. Room was ok, nicely renovated clean and spacious. However, the shower was either hot or hotter but since the water pressure was non existent the scalding of my skin wasn’t too bad. Air conditioning behaving strangely. I kept AC at 20 at all times but sometimes it would become very cold or very hot over night. The reception is pathetic and doesn’t even answer phone calls when calling for help. Very very poor service from the hotel. Absolutely distasteful experience with the customer service team.

I had a really great experience staying in my room. It was clean and cozy, and I felt very comfortable. I was especially grateful for my interactions with Ms. Aria, who was incredibly nice, humble, and patient with me when I told her that I was having trouble with my room temperature. She really went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of. And when the technician finally arrived to adjust my room temperature, everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Compared to other hotels of the same price range, this hotel feels much more luxurious. I was very impressed by the interior design of the hotel and the facilities, like the dining hall. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite as well and even called in to check if everything was satisfactory. The only thing I would hope for improvement would be the TV. It does not have Netflix, and the Screen Mirroring function (maybe it is an issue with only my room) is troublesome, due to network connection issues. Luckily, I brought my own device to enjoy watching Netflix with my partner! :) I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay without having to pay a lot for it, and to anyone who does not mind staying away from the CBD area.…

Was promptly served checked-in by staff Kabilan and checked-out by staff David. Staff: super friendly and helpful. Room and environment: clean, neat and tidy. Kinda impressed they had cool technology implemented in the room. Does not need key card inorder to on the lights and aircon. Pool: Great view. Good for “healing” session. Hahaha. Gym: IT IS 24/7! I did popped by twice during my stay. And yes had a good workout before dinner and breakfast. Restaurant: The cold seafood looks super tempting, i saw during the dinner service. Did not try it as it was non-halal. Has indoor and outdoor sitting. Overall: a huge YES! I would come and recommend this hotel. Keep up the good work!!

We really enjoyed our stay there. The staffs go on extra mile to provide great service to us. We got additional complementaries as we celebrate our anniversary. Thanks to Kabilan at the reception he is very nice. We just had our breakfast at the club lounge, at that moment there's no hot choco readily available, unfortunately me and my husband don't usually take coffee and tea, but one of the lady staff there approached us and she made an effort to go down to their kitchen to get us a chocolate drink. It was great and we liked it. Food was great. The room is very clean. We also enjoyed the pool and the bar. This place is highly recommended, we'll surely be back here.

It was a very good experience, room are very clean and the staff is super polite staff. The area is about 15 minutes from Orchard Street and Marina Bay Sands. Good area to stay with cool night market to have food.
