Had a delightful staycation at Intercontinental Bugis. Ideal location that is near to many places of interest with good transport links. The hotel is part of a mixed development that saw the transformation of several blocks of old shophouses into the current form. The interior design by FBEye welds together functionality and heritage. Peranakan themes can be spotted through out, be it the colorful mosaic tiles at the base of the columns at Lobby Lounge or the tapestry adorning the walls of guestrooms. Modern technology is seamlessly integrated, for instance there are ample USB charging ports in room and TV casting capability. The room is ergonomic and spacious. Dark wood panels and furniture adds sophistication. The color palette used was very soothing. My favourite part of the room is the sofa at the corner. Its comfy and cozy, with good lighting for a good read. The air quality in room is very good and climate control cools the room down really well. Bed was very luxurious and features premium down bedding with thick mattress and fluffy featherbed pillowtop. The afternoon tea and evening cocktails offered under the Club room was very creative, photogenic and tasty. Its the case of east meets west kind of cuisine and our tastebuds had the privilege of trying out so many different flavours. The canapes pairs well with the drinks that is being offered. The custodians of the Club lounge have mastered the art of beverage preparation and service is excellent. The majesty of the Lobby Lounge heightened the dining experience as well. Breakfast was conducted at Ash and Elm. The food was wholesome and delicious, prepared with premium ingredients. Excellent location. On duty manager was so helpful and considerate. We were given check in to our room 4 hours early as we are diamond member of IHG hotels. There is a direct way from hotel lobby to go to Bugis junction. Mcdonalds is literally at the corner of the hotel. Marina by the bay is 30mins walk from hotel. We went every where by walk. Every place is so accessible on foot. We also borrowed umbrellas from hotel instead of buying them. Breakfast buffet had large variety. Specially the selection of fruits. The staff was very nice. We had a pleasant stay.

I went to Singapore in Oct 2022 and picked Intercontinental Singapore. The location is very good as it is above the MRT station, making travel easy. However, I don't feel recognised as an IHG Platinum member. The room was clean and spacious although has a bit "old" feeling. However, I am quite disappointed with the breakfast. The selection was limited and was just so-so.

Our stay at the Intercontinental Hotel, Middle Road, Singapore was excellent. The wonderful assistance at the Concierge Desk (Lynne was especially helpful) considerably enhanced our time in Singapore, as did the the helpful staff on arrival and whenever we required a taxi. Our room was kept very clean. Altogether a first class stay and we would be happy to return.

Great service from Mugilan, Lionel and Alice. They are very welcoming when we arrive. They are always very attentive throughout the event for the last 2 days. The hotel is well maintained but the room lacks ventilation. The CNY decorations and music add to the festive mood. The breakfast crew starts sharply at 630am, good variety and is well served by Sanjay and team.

brought my 2 little doggies along for this staycation. They were thrilled. What I like about the stay was that the hotel may not approve of my fur kids at the F and B area, as such they have allowed the breakfast to be delivered to our room instead. this way we don’t have to take turns to go for our breakfast! The room is excellent. In fact after checking in, I had almost 3 hotel staff knocking on my door to ask if we were settling down well. If we needed anything else ! Such fantastic service ! Good job Intercontinental!

Our organisation held a Lunar New Year lunch event on Day 4 of the festive period and we were very grateful for the impeccable service and assistance extended to us and our guests. The team took care of every detail along the way, from the planning stage till the end of the event. Most importantly, we appreciate the flexibility provided as we wanted some customisation to our chosen package. Though there were a handful of last minute changes, the team handled it very effectively and professionally. Overall, our guests enjoyed the lunch and also provided positive feedback about the venue.
