We recently stayed at the Pan Pacific Orchard as part of a 9-day holiday in Singapore. I’m glad we chose to stay here, as all in all we had a lovely time.
You can hardly beat the hotel in terms of location, as it is just a stone’s throw from Orchard Road with all the shops, restaurants and transport links there (note that there is a shortcut from the hotel entrance via the nearby shopping mall, it’s not easy to find but Reception staff can help with directions).
The hotel building is beautiful, with terraced gardens and water features, and the Christmas decorations were tasteful. Our room, the Cloud Terrace suite, was bright and airy with high ceilings and smart technology features to control lighting, blinds, temperature and even the “do not disturb” sign (the control panels did take a while to get used to). The kitchenette area with sink, mini fridge, coffee maker and boiling/chilled water tap were handy. The bathroom was sprawling, with a huge bath tub, twin sinks, separate shower and a separate cubicle for the toilet and an additional washbasin. Interestingly enough, the wardrobe was located in the bathroom, which was more convenient than we initially thought. If anything, we would have appreciated a bit more storage space, as we had to manage with just 3 shallow drawers for our long(ish) stay (the 4th drawer was full with the safe, which was a little bit annoying). There were plenty of hangers, but some pieces and small items are best stored in a drawer.
As for the rest of the facilities, the breakfast buffet was very good, offering a wide selection of local and international dishes - we found all of them delicious. The Pacific Lounge offers a more limited selection for breakfast, but it is a quieter space, especially over the weekend when the main restaurant is understandably busier. It also offers cocktails in the evening, which is a plus! The pool and surrounding area looked lovely and we were looking forward to relaxing in it, although we never had the chance.
But for us, what truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. We faced a medical emergency during our stay, and I cannot thank the hotel staff enough for their kindness and support. We are particularly grateful to Joelle, who went above and beyond to try to uplift our spirits, as well as Kamaruddin, Muhammad and Sohee. The housekeeping team also deserves special mention for their service and care.
Singapore is an awesome country with plenty of lovely and comfortable hotels, but for us, the people at Pan Pacific Orchard made all the difference. If (more likely “when”) we return to Singapore, we will choose this hotel again for sure!

Hotel aesthetics was great, it felt that your one with nature. We got a good deal as it was my birthday and as a pan pacific member, I was offered discount with free breakfast and I booked / stayed for 3 nights. Hotel location was great , situated in the orchard area, convenient for walking going to ion and other shops. I must say, I was over the moon and very comfortable with their bed and pillows, soft , cosy and it felt really good to sleep. The hotel provides diptyque toiletries and lotions as well. In house gym was superb , well maintained and equipments were complete and very modern. Pool was wide and has a bar which you can enjoy poolside. Finally, buffet breakfast was superb, plenty of choices and great value for money. Definitely, will go back here and truly have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Will recommend to other travellers.

We were fortunate to have the opportunity to spend 6 child free days in Singapore. Recently opened I chose the hotel due to the fact it was close to Orchard MTR station and we had previously had a great experience staying at the Pan Pacific in London. We were not disappointed by our choice. The staff welcomed us like they already knew us and couldn’t have done anything more than they did. The check in was quick and we were given a balcony room on the 21st floor. This was well equipped and comfortable. There was a mini bar, Nespresso coffee machine and iron. We liked the day bed on the balcony and used it to good effect. We had access to the Pacific Club Lounge and enjoyed excellent breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks/small plates in the evening. Edlyn and Lorenzo were very helpful and we also were well looked after by Raj and Claudine. We also ate breakfast some days in the Mosella restaurant where the selection was excellent, there were no queues and the staff looked after us well. We only used the swimming pool once but it was of a good size and was in the style of a beach. We would 100% recommend this hotel as a great choice for either a short break or business stay. Our only complaint was the room lacked storage space to allow us to unpack our clothes but this was only a small niggle and we managed to cope. The room attendants were also great and by the time we came back from breakfast each day, the room had been refreshed and towels were changed and bed turned down each evening. The lounge experience was something was well worth the additional small cost.

My company held our event at the Pan Pacific Orchard today and the service was 2-star while the price was 5-star. We rented the Claymore ballroom for a full day, with a half-day of set up time at a cost of nearly S$90k.
When we arrived for the set up day, we were told that some of the furniture agreed to in the contract would not be available until the next day, because it was still being used in the lounge and they would take it out of the lounge after it closed.
It rained overnight, and the outdoor reception area looked like a swimming pool when we arrived at 7:00 AM. The hotel had one slow-moving worker with a squeegee clearing the water.
When I asked the food and beverage director, Amelia Matheson, after 8:00 AM why the reception area was still covered in water, she did not offer to get more workers. She did not offer to fix the problem. She simply informed me, "I believe it rained earlier."
If you would not like to receive poor service and encounter rude management in return for your S$90,000 fee, then I recommend looking for a 5-star hotel which treats its customers with respect.

Stayed for the f1 weekend combined with a birthday celebration and they really made an effort in making me feel celebrated. Booked the beach pacific room with direct pool access and while I was barely able to utilize the pool, it comes with pacific club lounge access which I made use of for breakfast and snack times (delicious variety, btw!) Toiletries were stocked with Diptyque and I was stoked because it’s my favorite. Service was amazing from concierge to housekeeping to staff from the lounge. Only room for improvement was the check-in process was not as streamlined, but otherwise, everything past that point was beyond excellent. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend to others if you’re wanting a relaxing oasis in the middle of the city.

Pan Pacific Orchard is an amazing hotel, the staff are magnificent, the food is delicious and the accommodation is fantastic. I wanted to give a shout out to Sofia who works at the rooftop club. Every time I go to breakfast, she is always ready for your order and she is a great salesperson. I love how she always remembers my name and tells me a bit about each dish. My room was on level 5 and I thought level 5 was the best level because I had direct access to the pool and I had a bit of a relaxing space with a couple cushions. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I think it’s quite unfair that level 5 have direct access to the pool and I’ve been here twice, on my first trip I got a tiny balcony and this time round I payed the exact same price and got a level 5 room. In pan pacific they have two types of buffets, the upstairs club was a continental buffet and downstairs at Mozzella it was international. I prefer the food at Mozzela because there is more choice than upstairs but at the end of the day it’s up to you. I suggest you try both. This hotel also has room service and some rooms have a mezzanine, I simply asked for bed linen and they gave it to me for free and I was expecting for a payment I even brought cash out. The mini bar serves alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, cups and macarons. They have coke, sprite and other soft drinks. For non - alcoholic, they had coconut water, tea,and coffee. With the macarons the day I wanted to eat them I found ants all over them and instantly chucked them in the bin. I was quite disappointed with that. The facilities range from a pool, gym (outdoors and indoors) and a rooftop. I also love how they have watches that you can wear and use them as room keys instead of carrying a card around. And concluding this review I give 4 stars to pan pacific.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed in a Beach Terrace Balcony King room with views over the extensive and beautiful pool area. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the service exceptional. The best part of our stay was our access to the Pacific Club. I would highly recommend upgrading to this club which offers a very peaceful respite from busy sightseeing days. We were spoilt daily with a delicious breakfast of the best Eggs Benedict that we have ever tasted (made to order). Afternoon tea was a delight, especially the scones, jam and cream and the cocktails and canapés rounded each day out perfectly. Thanks so much to the Pacific Club’s wonderful smiling staff, in particular Sid, Pushpa, Edlyn and Sohee. They are beyond friendly and helpful and such an asset to the hotel.

A unique hotel experience at the end of Orchard Road. We were welcomed so warmly by Judy and were allowed to have free breakfast until the room was ready in the club lounge. The reception with Judy was really unique - thank you again! The check-out with Sophia was then just as cordial.
The rooms are all new (only opened in 2023) and highly modern. The beds are so comfortable. An adapter was already in the room, more are available on request. With the existing USB port, the phone can also be charged. Be sure to book a room with balcony and view of the beach terrace! The surcharge is worth it! The semi-open balcony with a large couch enormously enlarges the room and offers a fantastic view. The bathroom is open but can be closed with 2 sliding doors.
The pool area is a dream! For sun worshippers, however, not so ideal, as only up to max. 1:30 p.m. the sun comes on and that just by the outer pool. There are four loungers and they are quickly occupied.
Location is good at the end of Orchard Road. Certainly not central like other hotels, but the MRT is only a 5-8 minute walk from the hotel. We walked twice to the Marina Bay Waterfront and took about 1 hour; but there are some things to look at that you don't see on the metro.

After a great deal of deliberation we decided that the new Pan Pacific on Orchard was the place for my wife and 2 daughters to spend a few days of R&R. I was flying in from Europe and the girls were meeting me from Australia. Of course as is often the case, our flights were delayed - I arrived ahead of the family. After some confusion with our reservation Sinaysh of guest services came to my rescue. My wife had all the paperwork but Sinaysh took me under his wing seeing as I looked like trash after a terrible long haul flight.
He took my bags and marched me to an upgraded balcony room overseeing the swimming pool. it was incredible.
Then as my wife and daughters arrived hours after midnight he made sure there was a room ready for them and allowed them to get into it early to get some rest.
I cannot express how grateful and thankful I was to stumble upon Sinaysh who went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my wife and daughters were escorted straight to a beautiful big suite.
It’s this customer care that makes a trip memorable and I was moved to write this review out of sheer gratitude.
This new Pan Pacific on Claymore just around the corner from Orchard is absolutely amazing. We were spoilt to a room upgrade with a swimming pool balcony and settee area.
My daughters went crazy at the breakfast buffet and the proximity to the Orchard shopping strip meant that there was plenty of retail therapy and a gastronomic feast of choices to dine for lunch and dinner.
The swimming pool is absolutely incredible. There are rooms that have their own sunken lounges into the pool !!!!
But still it was the amazing customer experience that made this such a memorable trip for us.
I cannot recommend a stay here enough and ask for Sinaysh who is an absolute ambassador of customer service - he will look after you like royalty.

We had the two room at the end of the hallway, overlooking the pool area. To get from one room to the other we had to cross the hallway (which was no problem). One room had a balcony facing the pool.
