Very nice experience. Very friendly staff, especially Jeffrey at the reception and the girl who cleaned our room.
The hotel is nicely furnished in a classic style.
Lobby is huge with a nice stairway and since it was Christmas it was nicely decorated.
Our reception was warm and friendly. The staff offered us some lemon infused water which was free of charge. A nice touch when entering a hotel. The staff at the door and the reception was very helpful and very very friendly. Jeffrey, front desk, did his best for us to get a room with shower since we had some reduced mobility issues.
The rooms usually come with a bath tub and the only have a certain number of rooms with shower.
The room itself was nicely designed, however in a classic style but very very clean and no broken or old furniture.
The bed was very comfortable although a little high to climb into for smaller people.
Internet was ok and quite fast.
Gym and pool were ok.
Breakfast was very rich, lots if different cuisines, Chinese , Malay, Indian and western section. Definitely worth it.
The location of the hotel is a little far off of everything. You can take the MRT and can get around the town very easily but in the area itself you will only find the newton hawker center
Within a 20 minutes walk you can get to Orchard road but you better take the MRT and you are there within some minutes.

Hotels have lifecycles based on their maintenance schedules. This hotel is in good repair and has been well-maintained. However, it needs refurbishment (most obviously the bedrooms).
Don't get me wrong. The rooms are by no means decrepit or dirty, but it is clear that management has been 'sweating their assets'. My room had a great view with lots of greenery to look at.
The breakfast selection is what you would expect at a hotel of this size, there is a variety of Asian and international foods and I always found a seat available by the large and attractive water feature.
The hotel is an easy walk from Newton MRT, which adds to the benefits. However I never managed to walk to Orchard Road, though I know others who did.
I'd imagine that its current position in the lifecycle means that it should be an attractive destination for people who are more price-conscious and would not otherwise be able to afford a hotel with this range of amenities and in such a good location.

I cannot recommend a stay at this hotel enough. Work or play, this hotel should rank highly on your list of stays in Singapore.
As you walk in, you are warmly greeted by the doorman who will kindly assist you with your bags as you make your way to the front desk for check-in. Upon your entrance, you will notice the soothing sounds of an indoor waterfall and the cleanliness of the hotel. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful in assisting you with obtaining your room (and wonderful with helping arrange taxi transport). You are also only a block away from the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system and bus system. These public transport systems are easy to use and incredibly clean and orderly.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The maid staff is wonderful with keeping your room spotless and always responds with a ready smile.
The breakfast spread is sumptuous and provides chef-made foods from all over the world. I looked forward to breakfast every morning and still miss the multitude of delicious foods freshly made every morning. Should you want an omelet, you can get one made. The staff here are also wonderful and look after your every need. Mustaffa, who I hope you have the pleasure of meeting, ensures the breakfast service runs smoothly and is always around to verify you have a great experience with a kind word and ready smile.
I hope you also have the incredible opportunity to utilize the 3rd-floor lounge. Coffee and snacks abound until the amazingly delicious dinner buffet is served. Here, you can be assured of some of the best hospitality from the entirely amazing hotel staff. They pamper you by serving you coffee, drinks, and snacks from your seat without you having to lift a finger should you choose to finish up some business prior to the dinner service. Eating dinner here after a long day is such a treat. The food is wonderful, and the staff will bring you mixed drinks or other alcohol to help you relax after your day. Please come and let Puru, Sandi, Moe, Yan Yi, and Bernyce pamper you with their kindness, helpfulness, and amazing personalities. These individuals are the best of the already incredibly remarkable staff. I was already sold on this hotel from my initial experience with the staff, but this now ensures I will only stay at the Sheraton when I return.

I had an exceptional experience at Sheraton Towers Singapore.
Having stayed in several hotels in Singapore, this marked my first visit to Sheraton Towers last week. I was particularly impressed by the outstanding level of service, notably provided by the staff at The Dining Room.
Chef Kelvin Lee displayed exceptional attentiveness to his patrons, even taking the time to engage in conversation with us to ensure our satisfaction with the cuisine. I must say, the laksa he prepared was truly remarkable and is a definite must-try!
I have attached a photograph of our server, Zar Win, who overheard my fondness for the mini chocolate crunch balls and pleasantly surprised me with a generous plate of them. I deeply appreciated the diverse array of culinary options available.
The housekeeping service was prompt and convenient, allowing for service requests through the Marriott Bonvoy app.
The front desk staff exhibited efficiency, and the doormen offered friendly and valuable suggestions on local attractions. Securing a taxi through the hotel was a seamless process.
The gym facilities were comfortable, and the equipment was impeccably maintained, complete with readily available clean towels.
Nonetheless, I must note that the bathtub requires some updates, as it appeared old with unsightly stains and experienced leakage issues. I initially used it on the first night but found it unappealing for further use. Additionally, there was hair from the previous guest on the toilet seat. Attention to hygiene is paramount and should be addressed.
In summary, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I look forward to the next stay at Sheraton Towers Singapore soon! Hope I will get a clean room this time.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and the location is incredibly convenient. It's just a 2-minute walk from a major subway station that connects you to both the blue and red lines. Additionally, numerous buses leave in both directions right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around. Despite its central location, the hotel is wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of nearby attractions like Orchard Street and the Newton Hawker Centre.

Especially the staff at the exclusive Club Lounge. Once there, We were greeted and whisked right in, they located for us a premium seating area and offered us delicious drinks and snacks. They explained the functions of the lounge and advised us on several options for evening meals around town. Coincidentally, we really enjoyed the Cantonese themed restaurant at the hotel, Li Bai. Hint: get the Avocado and Coconut ice cream for dessert, very refreshing. Not sure which one is my favorite of the lounge staff: YanYi, Grace, Moe, Mel or Macy. Take your pick they’re all the best (team) in my eyes. Thank you everyone whom works at the Sheraton Towers Singapore! For a wonderful experience.

We were smoothly checked in to Sheraton Towers by politely efficient staff, pleased with the clean, uncluttered feel of the lobby, and proceeded to our rooms. There was a very minor hiccup with one of the rooms being not quite ready but to the staffs credit, the issue was quickly rectified and we thought nothing more of it. We left the hotel for an evening out and to our delight the next day we were offered a meal at the buffet to apologise for what was really a small error and hadn't really impacted our trip at all. Our Housekeeper YuYun was the highlight of our trip, ensuring we had everything we needed each day, fresh bottles of water and enough clean towels. She even personally checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. We had not planned on eating dinner at the hotel BUT I am so incredibly glad we did. The buffet spread was sensational, the seafood was the freshest and tastiest we have ever encountered in Singapore ( and we eat a lot!) and the chefs and wait staff so friendly and engaging. I wish to commend all staff of the Sheraton Towers, but especially YuYun, and breakfast chef working the egg station. Thank you all from the Croft Family.

I thought the rooms were very quiet. I don't know if they are soundproof, but I definitely didn't hear anything
the workout room was nice on same level as pool, had an array of machines one could work chest, arms legs, it will do the job for you advid gym rats
