More of a mini city than a neighbourhood in the traditional sense, the iconic Marina Bay aims to dazzle and entertain visitors of all kinds. This is the Singapore found in glossy brochures, featuring a world-class hotel, casino, shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions all geared towards pure entertainment. The SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands provides a stunning view of the city, a must-see photo
opportunity for visitors and locals alike. The ArtScience Museum always has a top-quality exhibition, and Gardens by the Bay is a fascinating manifestation of the government’s vision of Singapore as a “city in a garden”. Enticing Marina Bay is well worth a visit.

Not sure about parking but breakfast is included either in the Club Lounge or The Edge restaurant which is huge buffet with hot/cooking stations. One of the best selections I've seen. Definitely The Edge for breakfast and Club Lounge at night for drinks and canapés (more like a light dinner). We had Harbour View Pacific Club Room and very happy!

The upgrade that is totally worth it is to one of the upper club floors, with access to free breakfast and afternoon tea. After that, while I very much enjoyed overlooking the harbor and would pay for that view again, all of the views are wonderful. If you have access to the club for breakfast/tea, you can enjoy the harbor view from there.
