Stayed in April 2014. Was a vacation with family and friends. Location is about 30 mins from airport during peak hours. Nearest MRT is Clarke Quay which is about 12-15 mins walking. But the walk is not boring as its entirely along the river. Its very close to pubs, restaurants and is basically in the midst of a happening location....

I very seldom leave bad reviews on here but I felt I didn't want anyone else to suffer the sheer terribleness (is that a word?) of this hotel. A group of us stayed here in 5 separate rooms. One of our group nearly ended up in tears at the state of her room and the reception staff just shrugged when...

Stayed for 6 nights in an single room at 3rd floor. View out of window shows staff floor, no daylight at all. Room is tiny, just not enough place to move. Bathroom-okay. W-lan-POOR. Breakfast-okay, just toast, eggs, sausage, rice. Definitely NOT worth the money.

We waited over an hour and a half to check in, mainly due to the fact other guests were complaining about their rooms. Our allotted room was given to them and we ended up in a tiny, horrible room with an ensuite shower/toilet in the smallest space. Shower was old, not cleaned properly and not enough room to bend down....
