This is a decent hotel overall, but I'm surprised that returning customers/loyalty isn't rewarded. I spent over a month in the other Carlton last year, and on this trip I can't get an early check-in or even lounge access for the 3 hours I need to wait for the room to be ready. Really surprising.

I have been a customer of this hotel for many many years. Sadly it has gone downhill, and the breakfast is now at rock bottom. The tables are so closely packed, that I was actually unable to get in or out without asking someone to get out of their seats. There were queues for the single toaster, queues for the coffee machines. The quality of the food was seriously poor. Rubbish cheap orange juice, cheap sliced bread, processed cheese and so on, I couldn't even recognise the yogurt as such it was some watered down version. The breakfasts used to be a highlight of this hotel, not any more, this was my third visit since covid. It's not going to go back to what it was.. avoid

Location was good. Room was a good size. Close to MRT station. Raffles Hotel was just across the road. Breakfast selection had a lot of choices, things you could have that you normally wouldn’t. Don’t provide face washer. Our view was of the water tank. We did have an issue with the shower not draining and water overflowing from the shower. Informed the staff and it was fixed that day.

Nice place. Well located Its a ver clean, centrally located place. Clase to a few Shopping centre. Breackfest has a largo variety of selección in fruits, bread., algo Asían breackfest. Staff is ver friendly.

Location of the hotel is across the street from Raffles and was perfect to pop in for a Singapore Sling and to to tour the city. Breakfast set us up for the day with the egg station cooking your eggs just the way you like. There is a swimming pool on the fifth floor with great views. Could have done with a bar on the ground floor for an evening night cap.

Rooms are completely underwhelming with poor amenities. No coffee machine, cheap tea and instant coffee, no drinking glasses. Really super disappointing for a high rated hotel in Singapore. Beds are hard, wouldn’t not recommend based on intitial experience.

Check inn was great no wait. This is a large well positioned hotel next to Raffles and across the road is raffles plaza shopping mall, with access to many eating outlets. room size was good, lovely bathrooms with all the amenities met. Housekeeping was of a high standard. Breakfast was good lots to choose from. location is perfect. bus and metro so close we had no problem using both. We had a bit of a problem on checking out and the staff handled the matter in a most professional way and made us feel at ease. We would definitely stay again on our return to Singapore. I probably would not book directly with the hotel, but rather through a third party as there was a slight problem with our booking price and what we ended up paying.
