Fifth, stay in this five-star hotel and it didn't disappointment. Even though the Conrad was full due to the Singapore F1 Grand Priz with many drivers and teams choosing it, there was no feeling of being busy. The hotel staff are always attentive, friendly and obliging. The room on 31st floor was comfortable, spacious and well appointed with good views. Large bathroom, two basins, two person shower with raindrop shower head and all the necessaries provided. Consistent turn down service. Access to Executive Lounge which is comfortable, great views, great food, great breakfast chef..always got it right and wonderful lounge staff. This is the place to stay in Singapore..handy to everything and hard to leave.

Staying so many Conrad and every Conrad is significant and never let me down. It has been a while since the pandemic and visited for staying again. Amazing stay, all the staff from the check-in, the dining room, the lounge, to the lounge, all the service is absolutely fantastic. I forgot the young man's name to help me check in, and he shared his experience from the house keeping service to the check in service, and I can see his enthusiasm and try his best to help and provide the info he can. In the lounge, I requested for the late check out due to the meetings, due to the summer vacation my room couldn't be extended for the late check out. Joyce tried her best to coordinate with the duty manager and help me to complete the "mission impossible." I truly see Joyce and the other staff they are willing to "understand" the guest's request and find the way to satisfy but also meet the hotel's regulation (eg. the room has been booked by next guest). The swimming pool in the night is good and so beautiful to enjoy Singaporean night. There is only one small negative thing is too many guests are Q for waiting for the breakfast. However, I saw all the staff arrange the seat perfectly to invite the guest to sit in. All is perfect, and it is the best of the best Conrad. I definitely visit again but avoid the summer vaction.…

We went to Singapore for our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed the service provided to us. The staff let us check-in early and get rested before we explored the city. The continental breakfast at this hotel was amazing, and we fully enjoyed the thicker slippers they provided as opposed to the thinner ones we got from other Conrads in the past. The complimentary rubber ducky was cute too and it's a nice keepsake from Singapore.

What a place! Stayed here in 2010 and had to come back, and it's just as I rememeber. Fantastic central location to explore on foot or by metro. Staff just couldn't have done more and the rooms beautifully maintained. Fantastic air-con gave great relief from the heat and humidity. We ate in the hotel restaurants a couple of times, great job Melody, you made it special. Breakfast was just fantastic, the staff worked so hard and still smiled at everyone. Will have to go back again, still loads to see and do. When we were leaving Ki was great and seemed so genuine, what a lovely fella!!!

I specifically selected this Hilton chain at Marina Bay for a reason, its location. Very conveniently located to all access of the island. The hotel staff was amazing! very helpful and professional, always smiling! My room was spacious since I had the Centennial Twin Suite. The Executive Lounge located on 31st floor was a plus! Serving breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Open bar till 8pm. View was amazing but the only draw back, you can't see Marina Bay Sands cause it's blocked by another hotel. You can choose to have your breakfast at the Executive lounge or at the restaurant (Oscars) Obviously the restaurant has more selection, its more then a breakfast its like having brunch! The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch! Very impressive! Overall, I highly recommend this establishment! …

I didn’t mind this hotel, but it was a little impersonal It has a good location very close to Promenade station and a shopping centre which was handy. I have gold Hilton status and platinum Amex and that was recognised at check in with a room upgrade and hotel credit. The spa massage I had was excellent. Breakfast selection was ok - not as good as nearby resorts - and I missed having a marina view and had a view of other hotels only. I requested a quiet room and this initially wasn’t honoured, I was moved to a quiet room but the next day a large family was booked in the rooms next to and across from me so spent a lot of time chatting outside my room. I didn’t let reception know but they didn’t respond on that The room itself was nice and had everything I needed, it didn’t get serviced till about 4 each day and twice I had to remind them So overall very good but not perfect…

An outstanding experience! Exceptional service and hospitality. Had a very early check in and the staff honored the request! Very child friendly with all amenities and facilities close by! The concierge service was wonderful, guiding us throughout our stay and had excellent recommendations. Hats off to the wonderful staff and truly world class experience.

Outstanding return after 3 years away from Singapore due to the global outbreak of paranoid hypochondria. This hotel has only gotten better, from a very high base. Service was 11/10 throughout - arrival, reception, Exec Lounge, Oscar's, housekeeping - you name it. Couldn't fault a thing. Cannot recommend highly enough, my favourite hotel in Singapore and one of my top 5 globally.

Understated, quiet luxury. Walking in the ambience was relaxed and quiet. Our room was huge, perfect for my husband who had to work from the room for part of the time we were there. Our view from the 22 floor was fantastic, a large window with electronic sheer and drape curtains that you could easily adjust as need be. Bed was comfy, bathroom very spacious with a large bath. The bathroom products that were provided were top quality too. Breakfast buffet was a great variety but could get busy - ask for an outside table and you will get seated quicker in busy times. Location is very handy, close to MRT and shops. Lots of bars and a few restaurants close by - expect to see lots of luxury cars parked outside!
