Review collected in partnership with this hotel
My husband and I stayed at this fabulous hotel for two nights on our way to Vietnam and Cambodia. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer so we will definitely stay here again in the future. The staff are very professional and welcoming and go out of their way to make

Everything about this hotel is pure elegance from the decor to the way that the staff look after you. Would have loved to stay longer. One tiny thing - could we have cereal at breakfast please? Apart from that, would love to stay again

Mr Lalikumar, one of the staff here, served us really well. He was very polite and patient with all our request. We ordered masala tea and even though it was not in the menu,it was prepared especially for us.

The rooms are quite small but the balcony is reasonably sized. Why not use the Straits Club or another venue in the hotel. There are quite a few.

I don't know where the suite is located, but the Fullerton is not surrounded by large buildings, but is on one side on a crossing close to the Marina, view to the MBS and Merlion and on the other side to Singapore RIver, ACM and Victoria Concert Hall and Boat quay. Pretty location!

Email the hotel and ask their advice. I think the staff are fantastic and so helpful honestly. They will point you in the right direction, they know the hotel best. Of course some views will cost more than others so ask them for a choice. The room i had (i think it was 573 we had 2 rooms so hope thats the right number) would not be possible to see the fireworks. The hotel is right on the river so you can walk straight outside the hotel and see everything regardless of your room location but I guess its nice to sit on your balcony. and of course the hotel has outdoor bar area so you could have a drink there and watch.

My stepson stayed in a postmaster room which didn't look to bad I along with my wife was given a Premier courtyard room and was given this as an upgrade as our original room was not ready on arrival Both rooms where nice Mine was very nice Reception made a point of telling me and my wife that ours had been recently refurbished so on this evidence I would have to say no to your question about whether a postmaster room had been refurbished or not
