The 3 night which we stayed at Royalpark was pleasant. Neat and clean rooms. Good help on getting an early check in on the first day. The food was great with all kind of menus available. The poolside executive lounge was also great, Have to specially mention about Ms. SIFA who hosted us at the executive lounge for her patient listening and hospitality. Great work overall Parkroyal. Hotel's Favourite
Jatin( duty manager ) and his team took great care of me during my stay in the hotel. As i was serving my SHN, they ensure all my needs such as my comfortness, the duration of sending of three meals and even details like portion were all taken care of. Their awesome and professional service made me feel at home which i am totally grateful for. I would definitely show my support to them again by patronising them. Kudos to Jatin and their team!!

The hotel could be a good choice for the South Asian travellers who prefer to stay in an area surrounded by subcontinental facilities. The high stair at the entrance shocked me at the first instance thinking of the specially able guests. However, there is a mobi lift next to the stair which relieved me finally. The crews lack a bit of manners attending the guests. Breakfast is so far so good. One may book this hotel considering its location.

Not good customer service Check in time at 3:00 pm and we arrived at 10:00 Am while entering all our information they spent 20 minutes for checking in and even collected $100 extra money Later informed that check in time is 3:00pm and they just registered, then why collect additional money without checking in Unknown time for waiting and all day is wasted Please check thoroughly before you book Regards

We arrived at the hotel after traveling 16 hours to be welcomed by a manager (serena) who was very unpleasant and clearly out to make more money from us, we arrived early and just missed breakfast by 3 minutes, whilst checking in I asked could we possibly have a coffee she said no and then proceeded to try and charge us for an early check in, so our room was ready, we were clearly tired but she was more interested in trying to get more money out of us than attending to the guests needs, she also actually told my partner to not speak while she spoke!! The only saving grace was a lovely American guy at the concierge who was chatty and very helpful Breakfast wasn’t the best either nothing was hot Sadly we won’t be returning

I am currently staying at park royal hotel in room 2036. with my family of 4 including 2 kids, that I would not recommend to anyone. The staff at this hotel are unprofessional and do not seem to care about providing good service. Firstly, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that my room was not ready and that I would have to wait. This was frustrating as I had already booked my room in advance and expected it to be ready upon my arrival. To make matters worse, I had to wait for hours before finally being given a room. When I finally got to my room, I was disappointed to find that it was not cleaned,they again took some morectimexto make it eeady. When I complained to the staff, they did not seem to care and did not take any action to fix the issue. Throughout this stay, the staff were consistently late in providing services. Room service took a long time to arrive and the food was not very good. Even after making rhe room,they didn't refill the bathroom supplies. No moisturiser or lotion were provided. Overall, my experience at this hotel was frustrating and disappointing. The late service and unprofessional staff made my stay unpleasant and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. …

Room is dusty, sofa & towels are dirty. Breakfast is the worst experience, staff not sure about your booking, nobody bring you to an available table, you have to find a table yourself and available tables are not cleared and clean, you have to find staff to help you clear. And there is not enough staff, it took me some time to find one and she is rude, throw the plates and cutlery into her trolley, new cutlery will not given to us. I have to ask her and she said take yourself from the buffet spread table. I have to lay the table myself. It was like going to a hawker centre for breakfast. Anyone booking this hotel, please give the breakfast a miss.. don't bother to include it in your booking.

Stayed here one night on a stop over flying back after a holiday. Excellently located with plenty on the doorstep including the MRT station. Staff exceptionally helpful especially Jeff on reception who helped us check in very late and accommodated our request for a room on a high floor that was quiet. Breakfast was good plenty of choice but is very busy due to large numbers of people staying so go down early. Room itself was good had big clean towels bathroom shower good and hot and bed comfy would def stay at this Parkroyal again

The staff was friendly.. and accommodating.. we got a room upgrade.. in an acceptable cost.. the check in.. food service and hospitality was ip to the mark.. Special mention to The concierge and the gate keepers.. they were really helpful and cooperating.. The hotel is located in little India with Indian vegetarian restaurants in vicinity which were of great help to us.. Mustafa market s a great shopping arcade for travellers and the connectivity to all tourist spots is great.. overall I will be there again for qnother visit soon.. thanks for this

Very good hotel and very conveniently located, absolutely full points for the location. You could move to anywhere using the MRT station nearby and shopping is around the corner, especially Musthafar center. Also the Hotel provides good facilities such as a pool, good restaurant and a night club. Rooms are specious and with all the essential amenities required. Must note the Friendly staff, very helpful and the rooms are priced very reasonably. best value for money in my opinion considering all the facts. Oh! I must inform and commend that the hotel management really value the environment and water conservation. I truly value the thought of looking after the limited resources for future generations. Overall good hotel both with convenient and good ethical intentions.
