Functional room but do not expect 5-star quality. Each guest allowed only 1 free parking exit for the entire stay which is not too logical. Rooms are clean and a shopping mall is attached to it. Near the airport but room is quiet.

3rd bed was a roll out timber board with a very thin mattress. I had the worst sleep. In room safe did not lock. No need to complain cause nothing happened they just said that’s all we can do. Location is good for business not for anyone who wants to get around Singapore. It’s more of a business district.

The property is well managed and new. The location is very convenient for people visiting the expo. However, the breakfast was very unsatisfactory. The rooms were very pricy for its standard. The late checkout process was very confusing as one staff had mentioned one rate and the other Staff a different rate. The mall attached to this hotel is very good and has good restaurants. Walkable to metro station.

Good hotel, with clean room and large bed Hotel service is also OK. Wifi is good but the breakfast is so so, not many choices The hotel has a good location. I was on business trip and could go to office very easily. Totally, it was an excellent experience in Singapore to me.

Good place to stay the night for business trip. It is located near the Airport and the inside the business park. There are shopping malls, restaurant and bar around for guests to visit and have drinks for business. But the early flights may cause some matters on the sleep. Maybe, the Hotel management should consider about sound-proof for the hotel roooms which face to the swimming pool side.

The noise outside the room was loud, and the soundproofing was not very effective. What bothered us the most was that the bed sheets and pillows were damp, not fully dried, even the bathrobes and towels weren't completely dry. We couldn't sleep well all night due to the humidity. And we had booked a room with a king-size bed, but we were given a room with two single beds pushed together. The service staff also lacked any smiles. It was a very unpleasant experience.
