Excellent stay; staff and hotel surrounds (beautiful greenery everywhere) were excellent. Booked a club room and would recommend paying extra - breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and cocktails included. The staff in the club lounge were exceptional, especially Donna and those working with her during our stay.

Truly truly cannot explain how amazing this place is. For the record they do not provide bottle water but that is for good reasoning. As this hotel is very eco friendly and has a water filter. The room I stayed in was the urban deluxe king room and fit me well. The hotel's location is in the heart of everything and you can walk around to a lot of places if you choose to. Besides a nice view from my room, the most spectacular is from the pool. I'm sure people have seen it online but nothing matches in person. The staff there was great, (shout out Jun and John) they're very helpful and honest when it comes to recommendations for activities and things to check out. Also, the gym is just as great with provided alkaline water. Overall comfortable bed, although you're surrounded by plants ( that are tended to around the clock) no insects around and everything is clean and modern. When I do come back I plan to stay here again. …

This hotel is spectacular. You are surrounded by greenery everywhere. The pool/gym area is peaceful and absolutely amazing. The suite has the best views of the contoured gardens. The buffet breakfast is delicious. Staff are friendly. Judy, the guest relations and loyalty manager is extremely resourceful and professional. She went beyond and above to make us feel valued. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back in the near future.

Starting with the positives, the staff are all excellent and the Massage is first class. The Room I had was very average. This is not a Five Star Hotel and should not be advertised as one. The Bar or Lounge is very cold and not very atmospheric. I did not eat there so comment.

Staff excellent - always smiling and helpful. Loved spending time in the pool and Spa. Food in Club Lounge excellent - afternoon tea, evening cocktails and snacks. Spa treatment was amazing. Room facilities excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful hotel, with a great staff. Our only complaint is with the restaurant management. We had dinner twice and breakfast twice. We don't like buffets, so we were ala carte diners, which apparently made us second-class citizens in the eyes of the hosts. Each time they tried to seat us in the back even after we asked for a window table, of which plenty were available. We would stay there again, but we would avoid the restaurant. We didn't feel we were treated very well by the hosts, though the waitstaff were fine. Service was slow, as well, though we were advised that might be the case and we chose to stay anyway.

Super service for a memorable birthday stay. Despite a computer system breakdown, the staff were clearly trying their best and gave alternatives even at greater effort to themselves! Check in was prompt, rooms and furnishings were clean, food and drink was superb.

What a lovely experience we had in this first class hotel The staff are so professional and friendly Food was excellent in the Lime Restaurant. Only went to the Garden on 5th floor on the morning of our check out. Never seen anything like it was great. Definitely recommend this hotel

An excellent hotel, so well run and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and clean, the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast selection is truly amazing and certianly spoilt for choice. We went in February and returned in March, both stays were superb.

We LOVED our stay. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic! The room had a great view of the city. It was clean and bright. We had such a great time in Singapore and our hotel stay was a major part of that. The location was so close to the MRT, restaurants and shopping. Their service went above and beyond My husband forgot his phone in the lobby as we left for the airport. Everyone was so incredible about helping him retrieve it!
