My fourth stay at this hotel and I can't imaging choosing another based on the quality of the rooms, the warm and welcoming attitide of all staff (even the janitor), the great food, and the perfect location. Looking forward to my next stay.

Most hotels in Singapore, Malaysia and I believe the larger brand chains require some sort of "swiping" of a credit card or a cash deposit hold when you arrive. Also a copy of your passport/ ID. Mostly, this is done for incidentals like minibar consumption, laundry service and overseas calls from the hotel phones - costs that can sometimes rack up the final bill. Just ask the check-in desk when you arrive. Hope that helps. : )
