You get what you paid. Small bed but comfy enough. Shared bathroom. Don't expect the bathroom to be clean 24/7, its shared and the staff will not standby 24/7 just to clean everything right after been used by the guest. As a guest you also have to look after the place do not complaint its dirty and you were the...

Been here for new year holiday with family. The service was good enough, yet the toilet was a bit dirty. The receptionist was helpful to provide the transportation info. The breakfast was good enough for the price we paid. Overall, 3 of 5-star rated.

Toilet - Dirty Room - Dirty Bed - Ok Aircon - Cold Is a hostel to avoid unless you are on budget. If you have a little bit more to spare, I will suggest you get a 3 star hotel instead of this. Really disgusted when I was there.

We did stay in a cheaper hostel before which was BETTER on all points than this one. Pictures are not what it looks like and seems like they clean once a week(?) and roughly. Wifi works veery poor. Breakfast is the sweetest ever. Prepare for a heart rush. Toast w jam, tea, sweeted coffee, cocoflakes is the less sweet cerials...

This place is as you would expect from a hostel décor wise. Dirty bathrooms though, we found a leech (!!) on the toilet one night. Need a good clean, and regularly. I believe the hostel has changed hands so doesn't look like in the photos inside anymore. Beds are comfy with good bedding. Strong internet. The thing I would point...

On the good side, this hostel offers confortable and clean capsule beds, internet was very fast (200 mbps) and free coffee with very simple breakfast (cereal and toast). Location is good too, But the shower and toilet were so disguisting, they litterally dont wash them appart from putting a bit of water on the floor. There are hair everywhere. The...

You get what you pay for but still they can do something about their toilets. A train station was being built by that time when we were there, so hopefully in the future it will be something more accessible. It's just the cleanliness of the toilet was really important for me, but other than that, this place is sort of...

Clean. Fresh. Nice lobby with places to sit and relax or use internet. Free tea, coffee and water. Nice staff. So if you are in Singapore and want to save money in an extremely expensive city, I do recommend to stay here. Location is also OK.

The hostel is quite alright for this price near the Singapore city centre. The capsules are big enough so are the lockers too. The bedroom was ok clean but the bathroom could need a little cleanup. The so called breakfast was very sporadic just toast and two types of cerials. Very positiv is that little India is just across the...

Never coming back to that place. Doesn't matter how much an accommodation costs. Cleanliness doesn't cost so much. No one cleans there. Bathrooms had the same dirt every single day. Bedsheets were covered with stains, cockroaches everywhere, water dripping from the ceiling, smelly and freezing AC. I was just disgusted and waiting for the night to end. Plus they have...

Staying in Little India

Neighbourhood Profile
Little India
With a strong local Indian community, this pocket of Singapore can feel like another place and time. Wander past traditional barbershops while local residents in brightly coloured saris patronize retailers from decades past. Peruse streets lined with colourful shops as the aroma of curry tempts you to indulge. Listen to the Bollywood music echoing from storefronts and take in the stalls selling bright flowers, fabrics, and spices. At the 24-hour, four-level Mustafa Shopping Centre, you can shop through the night and find everything from pharmacy and grocery items to Bollywood DVDs and diamond necklaces. Singapore’s Little India offers a colourful, lively taste of the subcontinent and is well worth the visit.
