I stayed at Wilby's Residences on Queen Street for 4 weeks, while settling in to Singapore. The location is unbeatable. It's super close to a ton of restaurants and in the middle of a great shopping area. It's also a great location to explore Singapore. I stayed in a studio apartment, which was spacious with a small kitchen, ensuite bathroom and some storage space. What's excellent, is that you have your own wifi and a smart tv. Meaning you can connect Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime etc. But those are expected amenities. What is absolutely fantastic and outstanding and makes Wilby's stand out is the staff there. The ladies cleaning the rooms and providing the grab&go breakfast are the friendliest people and made me smile every morning. I was always so happy to see them and they brightened my day. The gentlemen working at the front desk always welcomed me with a smile, were super helpful and supportive. Everyone made me feel at home and welcome. I was with my elderly mom and they took such good care of her, while I was working. They arranged cabs, gave recommendations, called the elevator and made sure she got up and down the stairs. They were so caring and warm. A big big THANK YOU, to lovely Serene. She made our stay there extra special. Serene deserves a promotion :) She even organized a cake for my moms birthday. She helped us make reservations for sites we wanted to see, recommended hairdressers and cosmetic treatments. It would not have been the same without her. I'd like to thank the entire team. we had the warmest welcome, and everything was provided for us. the location of wilby is the best, very close to the train stations (bras basah & bencoolen), bonus that it has a bakery just beside the lobby.

Choosing this apartment Is a correct choice. This location is the heart of everything like food, entertainment and shopping. Breakfast not much choice, staff friendly and shuttle bus well maintained. Tiger the shuttle bus driver take good care of the vehicle cleanliness. He is also very helpful and give me recommendations of cheap and good food. Overall good experience.

I loved my stay at Wilby Central. It's located steps away from Bras Basah MRT station and about 5 minutes from City Hall and major shopping and cultural destinations. It's incredibly quiet, clean and welcoming. The cleaning lady who looked after my apartment three times a week left it in spotless condition. The breakfast arrangement wasn't ideal -- canteen-style takeaway -- but I loved the chance to grab my breakfast and eat it in my room or occasionally stay in the lounge. I used the gym almost daily and thought the amenities were excellent. The front desk staff were courteous, but not excessively warm or friendly. All and all, I had a very positive experience and plan to stay there again on my next visit to Singapore.

The location of Wilby Residence at 15 Queen Street is perfect. It's close to MRT, famous Bugis area with lots of shopping malls. The appartment is very clean, well-equipped, comfortable, tidy. Friendly staff. Moreover, I love varieties of cakes at Boulangerie Asanoya down stair. Wilby makes me feel home in Singapore.

Incredible staff that made living here very easy, all the things you can require are in the hotel or nearby. Particular staff that were kind to me during this trip were: Senior Concierge Loges ,Thaya,Jayanthi and team I particularly enjoyed access to the second apartment building with a pool, and this apartment had a great gym and sauna set up.
