We've always count on D'Resort to make a memoriable and fun Birthday Celebration stay. First of all we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff Ms Norlela at the check-in counter. She was very insightful in sharing the chalet amenities and information. It made our check-in process very smooth and fuss-free. We were also given many voucher booklets to use at nearby Downtown East shops. Our rooms were very clean and spacious. Equipped with amenities like Microwave, Fridge and TV. All you need for a comfortable staycation. The beds were very comfy and clean. The toilets too were very spacious! We were lucky to get the BBQ spot for our backyard that is connected to a park-like path, suitable for kids to play and for morning walks at the comfort of our doortep. Our rooms were also overlooking Pasir Ris Park so its an extra bonus to enjoy a relaxing scenery and morning sunrise from the comfort our our rooms. Overall the environment was very welcoming for family and friends to gather for a good celebration or even a nice getaway from our busy daily life. One of the best resorts/chalet i had with my family in a long time. We booked connecting rooms as my family is big, everything was perfect in terms of cleanliness in housekeeping, air con coldness, services provided, etc... Bbq pit is in tip top condition and you can never be scared of mssing anything for bbq like we always do as there is a convenient shop selling bbq equipments at the resort itself. In addition, walking distance to ehub and downtown east makes it even more wonderful. Would 100% recommend to others and would 100% have future family events here without a doubt!!!

Just came back after one day staycation. I checked in about 4pm. Parked my car at the nearby carpark. Asked for a room near the shopping mall and was given a room at Mangrove. 10mins walk down to the shopping area. After booking, received email saying that WWW was closed. Made the whole staycation more miserable. To add salt to the wound, when checked out, drove and carpark charges was $29.50. Only good thing was that the room was big enough for a family but no breakfast. Think again if u want to stay here. Not for me.

Book two resort rooms for my family and my In Law in February 2023 to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. One of the sliding door was misaligned and the engineering staff came within minutes to fix it. Overall, me and my whole family enjoyed our stay and will return for sure.

I like the vibe and the environment but noisy students staying at the resort in the early morning just put me off. Room was great with view to the park and the closeness to food and restaurants is a plus.

Definitely a great and the correct choice to book the Quad Room for a gathering with friends and kids :) We enjoyed the stay and room was clean and tidy, worth the price paid. Will book more rooms if i hve a bigger gathering. Staff was friendly and efficient too. Awesome D’Resort!

My kids really enjoyed staying at D'Resort from 2/2/2023 till 15/2/2023. The room is clean and spacious for family of 7. We book 2 units on the ground floor with connecting room. My rooms is easily access to the pasir ris beach. The management and the hospitality team is very friendly. Everything was smooth and much appreciated

It was our first time staying at Dresort, and it has exceeded way above our expectations! We got ourselves the Beach view room, aside from the view we love how big the room is(the kids were free to crawl around) and the two queen size bed! Cant get that in most hotels. With the mall just a walking distance away, everything was just so easy for us. Down side, I thought there will be the basic toilet amenities. Overall everything was great. Finally would like to thank Charlotte for her kind assistance from the start.
