Hotel Mono is a chic hideaway set in six historic shop houses of modern design. The rejuvenated buildings retain their original charm with characteristics air wells and Rococo-era windows, seamlessly interwoven with the culture of traditional Singapore and urban bustle of the city.
Ease of checking in and out. Easy to locate and readily accessible with public transport. Clean accomodation. Took the biggest room (loft) for 2, but can definitely fit 4 to 5 pax. It's just above a busy street with many dining options. Therefore, it won't be too quiet. Has a lift for those with big luggages. With or without windows, doesn't make a difference. The windows is facing another similar building. So you end up using the blinds for privacy. The toilet is kinda small for a loft. The TV channels offering needs improvement. Would not come again though. Thanks.

Great location and single room adequate for 2/3 nights stay. Front of house staff brilliant - couldn't have done more to make me welcome and sort out any queries. Recommend this hotel - ideal for a short stopover - any longer be probably be best to upgrade to a larger room.

Before I say anything the staff must be commended friendly, informative and attentive they were gracious from start to finish. The hotel itself is right in China Town so great for a base in Singapore most things were in walking distance of half an hour walk or there are plenty of public transport options The rooms themselves I have mixed emotions about our room wasnt what I would say as the cleanest and needed a bit of tlc areas looked like they had been slapdash renovated. The amenities in the room include TV Hairdryer Telephone Safety deposit box Tea and coffee (no milk take if required) Toiletries English sockets Air conditioning So the room has all the amenities you could need which was great. The room we had was a standard twin and was quite compact so please don't…

Nothing negative , nothing really great to say about this hotel. Minimalist style hotel. I will say the photos on Hotels.com are not reflective of the actual room I booked , and was slightly disappointed, however I would say spend a $50-75 more a night and upgrade yourself to a much better hotel. The pricing of this hotel does not match the property.

exceptionally well located near public transportation, Chinatown lots of restaurants. safe neighborhood. Great front desk--Spencer is the man--he has the answers to all of your questions; almost before one can think to ask them. The rooms were clean, well equipped, very comfortable bed, but tiny I guess that is SINGAPORE AT THE PRICE POINT. Good stay, nonetheless

If you like to be in the middle of the local action you may like this hotel on the edge of Chinatown. Nicely modernized, very clean, helpful staff and easy walking distance to markets, shopping centres and metro. Our room was small but had all the comforts we needed. A good choice for a reasonably priced place in Singapore.

This small boutique hotel location in a renovation row of slop houses is perfect . The price is low for Singapore. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean . The bathroom shower is excellent. The location is ideal. The street is quiet, on the edge of Chinatown. Close to MRT station. You can walk downtown or jump on the MRT and get anywhere quickly. Eat local. Lots of places nearby.

Locating in the center of the heritage China town area, affordable place to stay for a short while. Walking distance to metro and restaurants, bars, shopping malls. It can be tight if you bring two suitcases and stay in a standard double room.

Despite being ideally situated in the heart of Chinatown, the room was very quiet. It's about a 5 minute walk to the metro or to Smith Street with its many restaurants. The room we got was compact but ideal for our needs. The staff were all very helpful
