The location of Hotel Royal at Queens is perfect! MRT and bus stations are very near so it was not difficult to get around. The staff were friendly and courteous. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was also clean and well-appointed, except that it did not have a bidet. When we go back to Singapore, we'll choose to...

The last time we stayed in this hotel was back in 2007. Now, six years on, it's still pretty good -- I suppose it's a testament to how well management has maintained the place. LOCATION - Very good. Bras Basah terminal is just at the end of the street (around 30 meters from the hotel entrance), and City Hall terminal...

Royal at Queens is a very central hotel great value for money, clean, great views and friendly staff. It is close to Raffles Hotel Raffles Plaza, Orchard Road and many more. We had a twin room as I traveled with my adult daughter and our room had a view of the flyer. The room had coffee/tea, fridge and TV. They...

Cockroaches in the room. Breakfast not good. BF room also not kept clean. Towels given were not of good quality. Sometimes no cold water comes. So difficult to take bath with just hot water. It is indeed in business and tourist area. For price it is good for tourist for 2 or 3 nights. Also building coming up on next...

Booked this hotel through Singapore Stopover Holiday for the second time. The location of this hotel is great, I've stayed in a few hotels around Singapore and so far this has been the most convenient due to it's location. It has an MRT a few steps away from the front door and has shopping malls and food courts so close...

This is a bit like a budget hotel for the business traveler but worked out fine for my wife and me as part of a Singapore Stop Over Holiday package. It is a block away from the MTA and two blocks from the Singapore National Museum. While the hotel is a bit on the older side the bathroom have been...

If you are taking a Singapore Stop over holiday from SIA (Singapore Airlines), You don't wanna spend too much money on the hotel, rather spend more time on visiting attractions around Singapore. This hotel is really good, with nice city view outside the window. Hotel being right in the heart of the city, is easy to move around and is...

I've been to Singapore many times and stayed in different hotels. But this hotel stands out because of the service and great location. My family and I stayed here for three nights and booked three rooms. Upon check in, the girl at the reception desk allowed us to get rooms almost next to each other on the same floor. The...

Well situated and close to several business activities this hotel should be a natural choice for a businessman. BUT - the following matters will prevent me from ever using this hotel again. On arrival it took more than 20 minutes to get my luggage to my room! Luggage should accompany the guest - or even better - be delivered to...

The location of this hotel is very apt if you are looking to explore Singapore by yourself. All places are pretty much walk-able from here. Be it Bras Basah metro station, Bugis street, Little India, Singapore Art Museum, etc. But the advantage of being here is the reasonable cost of stay at the hotel when compared to the other 3...
