Our stay for the past one month at Adina has been wonderful and enjoyable and we are sure we will continue to enjoy our stay for the next one and half month while our house is undergoing renovation. Everyone whom we are in contact with are friendly, warm, helpful, nice and welcoming. From the sales team (Hanny, Stephanie) to all the reception staff who can remember our floor unit (Quinny, Vivian, Joscelin etc), to housekeeping (aunty Susan), to breakfast staff (aunty Alice), to security (Mr Low), to technicians who service our aircon and washer/dryer. They all make a great difference in our stay here. Thank you all for your outstanding service. Special shoutout to Nancy who is friendly, attentive, caring and very proactive in responding to our feedbacks and going out of her way to make our stay comfortable and at home. Thank you. We love our apartment unit. It is cosy and well equipped. Not forgetting the breakfast lounge that serve nice continental breakfast daily on weekdays and the 24hr coffee machine which they have recently changed the milk to oat milk which is healthier and nicer. Location is very good too as it is within minutes waking distance to major shopping malls along Orchard Road and Dhoby Ghaut and Somerset mrt stations. Will highly recommend to friends and family and would love to come back for stay again.…

Awesome place to stay. Very central to shops and transit rail MRT. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool and breakfast area. We stayed a week here and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Singapore. Thankyou to the staff for making our time here very pleasant.

Great serviced apartments. The apartments are clean, modern, and the bed is extremely comfy! We stayed for six months on a business trip. The service from the cleaners in particular was excellent - cleaning everyday except Sundays, fresh towels and bedding everyday. Specifically, Deepa was fantastic. She was the cleaner we usually had everyday, she was always very friendly, left the apartment spotless and looked after us well! We really appreciated Deepa’s great service while staying here.

Love the warm and friendly hotel and front desks staffs. Always makes me feel like home. Location just perfect with equally short stroll to somerset and dhoby gaut areas. Though close to orchard shopping belt but it’s relatively quiet. Complimentary coffee at lobby is thoughtful

We were traveling to Singapore for a week at the end of November as a group of 5 to attend a wedding. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was extremely spacious, very clean and modern, and had everything we needed, including parking. The apartment is conveniently located near all the malls on Orchard Road and we could see some of the malls from our apartment window. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest mall (Orchard Central) and about 5 mins to Plaza Singapura through a small park across the road. We were able to walk along Orchard Road to do all of our shopping, to buy food and see the Christmas lights. As we had a car, we were able to drive everywhere, and it was about a 10min drive to all of the tourist spots such as Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, Boat Quay, Clarke Quay, Chinatown and Kampong Glam. We made use of the laundry service, pool, carpark and luggage storage (after we checked out). We also had breakfast there on weekdays and on weekends we were able to walk to the bakery at Fort Canning Park to buy breakfast. There’s also a coffee machine at reception which we used on weekends. We would sometimes eat whilst we were out, but having a kitchen in the apartment was convenient as we could bring back takeaway food from restaurants to eat in the apartment. Joseline and the rest of the front desk staff truly went above and beyond and the service we received was impeccable. Housekeeping were always friendly and they did a great job keeping the apartment clean. This was my 4th time in Singapore, and having stayed at 5 star hotels in the past, and opting for a serviced apartment this time (for space and convenience), I did not regret my decision at all. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this place.…

The apartments are comfortable and in good condition. The location is very convenient. But the best part of my experience with Adina comes from their staff. Everyone there, including housekeeping, maintenance, etc. but very specially the staff at the front desk, are very professional, friendly, responsive and reliable. I would like to express my gratitude and thank the "A" team who looked after us so well during my recent stay at Adina. My mother and sister came to visit me in Singapore after 3 years (since the pandemic). I chose Adina, after visiting my nephew who stayed there. Once I arrived at the lobby, I already fell in love with the place. My enquiry for a studio apartment was a breeze and there was great follow up from the sales team. When the day came to check in, we were all excited about it and being my sister's birthday, the Adina team arranged a birthday hamper inclusive of a bottle of wine! How thoughtful! They check in was fantastic with a detailed explanation given by the Manager Nancy and Vivien at the reception. The room was clean and comfortable! We however needed a change of room 2 days later due to some personal reasons and this was accommodated without any questions asked. Ari and Joseline was extremely helpful and kind as my mum is on wheelchair. They even provided us a stool for my mum to sit on while we shower her in the shower cubicle! Continental breakfast was served during weekdays and Alice was always smiling and welcoming. Always ensuring the breakfast items are promptly topped up and greeting every guests who walked in. On the day of check out, Vani and Nancy assisted us all the way till we boarded the taxi to the airport. I must say, this kind of hospitality is truly heartwarming and genuine. We stayed here as a family whilst looking for an apartment and were sad to leave. The staff were so lovely and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Mr Low who helped us with our luggage, always smiling. Vani and the ladies at reception were always there to help. Susan and the cleaners, Alice and the breakfast team, all the staff were so friendly. We were made to feel at home, which was just what we needed.
