Absolutely wonderful hotel. Apartments are spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The Washing machine/dryer was specifically very useful for me as a mom of 2 kids. The breakfast was very good. The pool was a real bonus, my kids loved it and the pool snacks in the lounge was such a nice gesture. The staff are the true gems of this hotel: Moi Phin at the Breakfast lounge was sooooo sweet and attentive, she saw me struggling with my kids and kept offering all the support with the sweetest smile without me even asking: baby chair, fruits and juice for the kids she was just beyond amazing. Vani at the reception had the greatest welcoming smile, extremely helpful and the walk-through she gave us for the apartment was absolutely handy, never had such detailed guidance in any place before. She was super kind with my kids, received us every day going in and out with the biggest smile. I injured my finger and called the reception for a band-aid and they brought it literally in less than one minute, my husband was surprised how fast it came!! All these details gave that place such a unique homely vibe. Would absolutely return.

Nice 3 month stay in Singapore. My husband is visiting Nat’l Univ of Singapore which recommended this perfectly located building. We’re staying in a fairly sizable studio apartment, with separate sitting and sleeping areas, a workable kitchen with a dining bar, and thank goodness, an in-unit washer/dryer.
Staff is exemplary! Always friendly, helpful with answering questions, and accommodating. Eg: The large swimming pool on the roof has waterfall features which are fairly loud when the water is flowing; the manager very kindly agreed to turn it off in the evenings, making the pool area blissful for enjoying sundown or doing after dinner laps. Thrice weekly housekeeping is a luxury I don’t have at home, the bed is very comfortable, linens are good quality, and household appliances are all provided. Location wise, one couldn’t do better; several MRT stations are minutes away as are a multitude of public transit buses going everywhere on the island. Eateries are abundant in the neighborhood and two excellent supermarkets are equidistant, a few minutes walk in either direction. You will not regret booking your stay here, whether for a week or several months! One word of advice: bring a coffee filter holder to make your own, as a coffee machine is the one appliance not in the unit.

Friendliest staff ever. Always polite and ready to help. Rooms kept very clean and tidy. Very affordable, located in an area close to orchard shopping centres and public transport. Having a washer and dryer in the room was so helpful for our family after visiting the various tourist destinations in hot weather. Air conditioning is strong and amazing and a relief to come back to after a long day sight seeing. Would stay again. 5 stars.

We were traveling to Singapore for a week at the end of November as a group of 5 to attend a wedding. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was extremely spacious, very clean and modern, and had everything we needed, including parking.
The apartment is conveniently located near all the malls on Orchard Road and we could see some of the malls from our apartment window. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest mall (Orchard Central) and about 5 mins to Plaza Singapura through a small park across the road. We were able to walk along Orchard Road to do all of our shopping, to buy food and see the Christmas lights. As we had a car, we were able to drive everywhere, and it was about a 10min drive to all of the tourist spots such as Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, Boat Quay, Clarke Quay, Chinatown and Kampong Glam.
We made use of the laundry service, pool, carpark and luggage storage (after we checked out). We also had breakfast there on weekdays and on weekends we were able to walk to the bakery at Fort Canning Park to buy breakfast. There’s also a coffee machine at reception which we used on weekends. We would sometimes eat whilst we were out, but having a kitchen in the apartment was convenient as we could bring back takeaway food from restaurants to eat in the apartment.
Joseline and the rest of the front desk staff truly went above and beyond and the service we received was impeccable. Housekeeping were always friendly and they did a great job keeping the apartment clean.
This was my 4th time in Singapore, and having stayed at 5 star hotels in the past, and opting for a serviced apartment this time (for space and convenience), I did not regret my decision at all. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this place.

I have just been assigned to Singapore almost 2 weeks ago and my company arranged Adina for my temporary stay until i find a permanent house.
In the beginning (before coming here) when i first saw the pictures on website i thought that "the room is so small for me, (smaller than 40 sqm) how will i stay there for at least 1 month?" But at the moment i arrived to the serviced apartments i was amazed that the room was so spacious and everything was comfortably designed, there is not even a thing unnecessary to occupy and restrict your movement in the room, open kitchen is quite useful and enough for 1 person, there are brand new utilities like microwave, washing machine/drier, toaster, iron, ironing board, foldable hanger for laundry, hair dryer, and all other kitchen utilities. More than what i expected ! 3 times in a week there is cleaning of the rooms, in terrace there is a nice pool open until late hours and every weekdays breakfast is given (maybe it could be better to do it at the weekends as well) And the personnel are so kind and helpful for any issue you may ask for, they just take action immediately and solve the issue as fast as possible.
As a location, it is very central, near to Somerset and Dhoby Gaut MRT metro stations (3-4 min by walk maximum), and to the big shopping mall Plaza Singapura, in which you can find almost everything from food courts to cold storage, from bookstores to house decoration/furnitures, from electronics to cosmetics, and to the bank offices as well ! Also the presidential palace Istana, which is famous for its beautiful gardens is just a walk away. I like this location so much that i am looking for a house in this region, hope i can find the one :)

I had an amazing stay here! The location is unbeatable just a short walk to Plaza Singapura and surrounded by beautiful parks. I avoided meat and was totally satisfied. There is cereal, muesli, cheese, toast, eggs, mushrooms, veggies, noodles, rice, fruit ... and it changes daily. Plenty of vegan and veg options in nearby food markets.
