The personal acknowledgment by all the staff in the hotel was very much appreciated. We felt that we were not just a number in their system but more like family. Aexas was particularly helpful and suggested a fabulous Japanese restaurant for our first night here which we never would have found ourselves.

We have enjoyed a wonderful experience staying at Intercontinental Robertson Quay and exploring Singapore. Our welcome into the hotel and all it had to offer was marvellous. All staff we met were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We particularly enjoyed meeting Aexas, who went out of her way to make our experience in the hotel quite perfect. She also shared some excellent local knowledge with us and we took advantage of her suggestions. All in all it has been a fabulous experience. Many thanks.

I love the ambience and the services from the people who are working there. I was preparing to give my girlfriend (who now is my fiancee ) a surprise proposal at the hotel on 4/3/2023. I manage to liaise with a guy name Alvin to help me with all my plans. Thankfully with him and his team. It was a super great success. Book their suite room which includes 3 meals. I almost blew up the plans to surprise my fiancee, lucky enough I asked help from Alvin and immediately, they manage to direct my fiancee's attention to another way around. I believe the breakfast can be better, location wise it may be a bit hard to find. Nonetheless. 10/10 for all their employee services, so friendly, helpful and always serve with a smile. 8/10 for the location benefits, there are many pubs and restaurants around. 9.5/10 for the cleanliness …

Very helpful staff. Thanks Suresh. Modern, clean rooms and well located in Robertson Quay. This is my regular hotel in Singapore. Breakfast is in the restaurant next door and is very good. Good concierge service.

Great hotel well positioned in a great corner of the city still within walking distance of the sights to be seen in Singapore. The staff are responsive to any requests & go that extra mile. A nice hotel in a good location, but as others have mentioned, the room was quite small for what you expect when booking with Intercontinental. Staff very friendly and helpful. The lobby was a little soulless, but the main bar/restaurant Publico was very lively with a good selection of food.

Nice hotel in a good location, friendly staff, varied breakfast. The only complaint is the size of the room, which is really too small, especially because it is a high-category hotel. The size of the room would possibly satisfy the conditions of a single bed room, but even that is questionable
