If you are looking for a warm welcoming adress with great installations, amazing staff, good offers for outdoor tours, you are at the right place! The sense of details is definitely presents at this old mansion house where you feel at home. The matress and linen are above average so our nights were the best during our Chile vacations. Kitchen...

A great place with a great atmosphere, but after booking for a certain amount an extra 20% was charged when paying with a credit card! Felt extremely sorry for such an attitude. Where I come from this is illegal. And they don't mention it on any online booking service like tripadvisor, booking or trivago.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights here for a private room at 28000 a night. Room, common areas, and kitchen were clean and spacious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a blast chatting and staying up late with some of the English teachers working at the nearby school. It has all been great fun, wish we...

This place was awesome. The staff and owner were unbelievably personable. They helped us with bike rentals, took us on a hiking tour and had many laughs with us. It was very clean and spacious. There was a huge kitchen and you could always cook even if there were others in there. They gave towels and even put a chocolate...

We stayed in the new house which is down the street. It has the same German architecture but with a large backyard and large common area. All the staff were super friendly and the guides were fun and knowledgeable. The owner is extremely nice and accommodating and he sets the bar high for other hostels. Everything is very organized and...

Stayed here for 1 night to break up 12+ hours of flying en route to Chiloé. The town of Puerto Varas was amazing. The hostel was very conveniently located--both for the center of town, and getting the bus to/from Puerto Montt. The hostel provided everything we could ask for at an amazing price. It was full but respectfully quiet, the...

Expected a lot from this hostel based on all the great reviews it has. It was nice, clean and we were welcomed by a very friendly staff member. However, for the price we paid (28,000 for a private room) I was surprised that breakfast wasn't included. A couple of extra bathrooms wouldn't go astray either. Also, guests constantly watching loud...

Just a 10' walk away from the centre, this hostel offers clean rooms and decent facilities. Dorm was spacious, beds comfortable and the lockers big enough for a big backpack and additional stuff. You also get the key to the front-door. The kitchen is well equipped and the shower has good water-pressure and hot-water. I've only found one bath-room which...

We stayed in the newest building owned by the Hostel, which only just opened (you can still smell the fresh paint!) Very clean, helpful staff, cozy room. Large kitchen and nice common areas. TONS of movies if you need a day to relax. Nice backyard. The only thing missing is laundry service, and maybe some hooks or hangers in the...

Great hostel! One of the cleanest I have been in. The kitchen is spacious and well supplied, tea and instant coffee are always available, all the rooms are big and the showers are consistently hot. The staff was very nice and the location is only a couple min walk from the city center. Highly recommend!
