A tranquil paradise that is not to missed. Javiera has created a beautiful world and she is more than happy to welcome you to it. If she offers a tour of her animal kingdom, do it, it's better than any zoo. The cabins are clean...More
We felt right at home in our little cabin. It's super cozy and quaint and has everything you need for a proper self-catering holday.
We loved our stay there and will miss the nights watching the little fireplace from the bed!
We loved this b&b. The location is fantastic the cottage is warm, clean and wonderful. The only downside was that we had to leave. Our son still talk about Javiera and that she and the eggs was the best with our trip to Chile.
We had some wonderful days here. The cabana is well equipped and cozy, you only need some skill to heat the oven. But Javiera is eager to help and cared perfectly for us. She brought a wonderful breakfast with home-baked bread and cake - delicious!
Javiera and Lathan are incredibly friendly and kind! Even when I had a cold, they gave me honey and tea! Fresh eggs from their chickens and home made warm bread were such homely touches and we felt so relaxed. The little stroll right to the...More

Definitely. There's a cheap little blue bus (colectivo) that comes maybe every half an hour and you can just flag them down and then get off wherever you want downtown in like 5-10 minutes (for 500CLP or so), or better yet you can get a taxi (I don't remember how much, but it's like 4000-6000 CLP or something - pretty cheap). Javiera can book a taxi for you if you prefer. She is incredibly helpful. You can also walk to the local grocery store just a few minutes down the road. There's a protected bike lane (but no sidewalk) for most of it, but it's a safe walk - like half a mile.

A car most certainly helps get around at your own leisure. However there are taxies (usually need to call them however they will pick you up out side your cabin) and a local bus that runs past the gate every 45min.
Restaurants are all on the road that passes us as you come from downtown and we are 3km away from downtown. Sightseeing that depends on what you want to see, if you want to see a lot I do recommend having a car. However you can take the local busses to most sights or even arrange a tour with a taxi driver and lastly there are the tours offered in town. We can usually help you book over the phone with most of them.
