If you want to be a 5 stars all inclusive hotel then you benchmark with the best in this class. In this context this hotel is not yet there. The location and surroundings are simply astonishing, arguably in one of the most beautiful places in Chile, near lakes, national parks, skying center etc so the potential is absolutely there. Unfortunately... More

We went during low season and had a great time. The staff was very polite and helpful, but we consider the place needs some serious improvements. To begin with, our room was very cold and had to request maintenance, but even after that, the towel drier never worked. The hotel was under repairmen (understandable during low season) so many services... More

Hot springs, bowling, food, and whiskey all included. Nice restaurants, beautiful setting, and for an all inclusive, affordable. Room was sparse but clean. Not enough towels. Food was good. Beer was cold and plentiful. The lanes were clean and slick. Great time for the kids.

It is a destination location so if you arrive early you have no other place to go until the "official" check-in time unless you want to pay an extra fee to have lunch, use your room and the facilities. The food is buffet, well made, substantial variety. As a person using a cane, I was placed on level 4, but... More

We take this expensive trip annually with my inlaws because this is the only all inclusive in the south of Chile (where we live). We pay almost $90 per person/day for swimming in a pool that has been being remodeled forever, average food, & unfriendly staff in the restaurant. We first started going in 2005 and they were always remodeling... More

Excellent service, everything works fine and if it doesn´t they´ll quickly fix it for you. The food is totally delicious, the place is very beautiful and comfortable, everything seems to have been well thought of. You have the option of hot spring water in your room bathtub, or in a bigger private bathtub, or in one of the 3 pools,... More

We got a very good deal during low season via trip advisor. The hotel is really great as is the locaiton and views. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. We enjoyed the three thermal pools (inside, semi-covered and outside) which was very enjoyable during a couple of rainy days. We took the breakfast only option. The biggest problem with the hotel... We travelled here as a family for a few days: myself, my husband and two teenage daughters 15 years after visiting it for the first time on our honeymoon. The building remains imposing and reflects the architecture of a different age, with enormous arches and stone pillars, and everything on a grand scale. The rooms are of a good standard... More
