We stayed here one night before meeting a cycling tour. We were in the 'Classico' hotel across the street from the more modern main 'Plaza' hotel. The room was small but charming and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. You do want to make sure to get a room that does not face the main street, our friends were on that...

My husband and I prebooked this hotel for 3 nights to explore the area. We found the room to be lacking air conditioning so we asked for a fan. It was unusually hot outside this time of year The room was standard, quiet and comfortable. Ours had no fridge which we like to have. There were clean white towels and...

I stayed one night in this hotel. The price is to high for what it is. No airconditioning in the room i had. ( on the other side of the street, in front of the main building). The room itself is okay, but the noise of the elevator engine is terrible. This noise goes through the hole building and is...

We spent one night in Temuco as a stopover on our way from Santiago to Puerto Varas. The hotel provided parking and breakfast was included at the conference center across the street. It was a normal continental breakfast - coffee, tea, juices, breads, pastries, eggs/sausage and fruits. The hotel itself is a bit old but they have some newer furnishings....

It's an older hotel. I enjoyed staying there, though one of the rooms that I stayed in faced a corner of a very noisy square. Rooms that are inside are quiet. The hotel has a very good Chilean restaurant. The service at the hotel is excellent. They provided me with a taxi that took me everywhere I wanted to go,...

Staying for 2 nights, business trip. Hotel (older part) is looking a little old from outside, from inside is remodeled and rooms are OK in size and refurbishing. Still some wallpaper is not really hiding, that there is some cracks behind them. Shower is lacking stronger water flow. And breakfast is normal in a subterranean area lacking a little more...

Even though it doesn't look very appealing from the outside, the hotel has style inside. Beautiful wooden floors, wooden furniture... Very nice restaurant, both pretty and serving excellent food. Service could be better, but if you're not in a rush, it's fine. Rooms are not particularly spectacular or modern.

Down town, walking distance from market, plaza, etc. I enjoyed my stay and will defenitly come back. the rooms are terrible, television is small, no AC, breakfast sucked and the place is badly maintained in general. But if you keep an eye out you can see the little things, There are design detailes in...

This hotel was a really positive surprise on our last traveling trough Chile. It is Down Town city, we expected to have parking problems but it was no problem. Staff is well customer oriented and so parking no problem. From hotel you are in middle of city and markets. The rooms (there are new rooms) are ok and service is...

It is a good hotel situated in the city center. It has no special perks, but it is clean, the beds are good and the staff is really friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is good, better than on other hotels of the same price range. It is better than it looks from the outside!
