Great place. Its in this beautiful old mansion with an amazing pool area in the back, plenty of nice common areas, chill ambiance, cool people, friendly staff, good facilities, tons of information about activities in Chile. Hands down the best hostel I've stayed at in Stgo.

It was clean and the staff were friendly, but they messed up our booking and my friend and I had to share the same bed when we were both sick (I spent a night in hospital), which was a real inconvenience for us. It was also very noisy.

Was a great place to stay on my way in and out of Santiago. Very helpful staff, met a great group of travelers who gave me ideas for the rest of my vacation. The breakfast was great and was enough to keep me fueled for my excursions

Loved the place. Close to lots of great places to eat and drink, plus an easy walk to central town. The team were very helpful, with language, booking tours and taxis. Everything you need, very clean with a great pool area and plenty of space to relax and socialise.

This hostel was brilliant. Staff where friendly from the beginning. Rooms are big and spacious, massive lockers aswell. Only suggestion would be a couple more blankets on the beds, as it's very cold in the winter. The showers are clean and tidy. The kitchen is AMAZING!! THE BEST kitchen I have used in a hostel, it has everything! Perfect for...

Such a good hostel, guests aswell as staff are all amazing! The place is huge and yet there is always someone to talk to... Kitchen was amazing, in all my travels was the best kitchen, the only down side was the breakfast not being included (was still avaliable as an extra)

Night staff (old guy) is grumpy and unhelpful. They claim to give you a fourth night free when you stay three, yet make no mention that you have to pay for the three nights up front when we inquired about it. We stayed here twice: The first time for three nights before we left for Easter Island, and again for...
