This was an outstanding experience-- I stayed at the Providencia B&B for 28 days. It was exactly what I needed: A cozy place, near restaurants, my language school and the metro AND it was quiet. So quiet, in fact, I could write during the day and into the night. Ignacio and his wife Yami were the perfect hosts and Gladys...

As others have said, this is a nice cozy place in the Providencia district of Santiago, only about 5 blocks from the Metro and close to lots of restaurants. The rooms are a nice size, and things are fairly quiet. Ignacio, the owner, is quite friendly. Gladys, who helps out with breakfast and cleaning, is very nice. Anyway, the stay...

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, Ignacio (the owner) welcomed us with open arms and put up with our terrible Spanish with good humour. The location is excellent - very close to the Metro, and handy to great restaurants. The building has a lot of character, this is a good choice for a place to stay...

Small bed and breakfast, feels like being a guest in a friend's home, versus a formal setting. Ignacio, the owner, his wife and their housekeeper Gladys were super nice, helpful and accomodating. I stayed there for six nights recently and very much enjoyed the experience. The location in Providencia is central, about 4 blocks to the metro and close to many...

We stayed here as a stopover both ways, from Sydney to Bogota and return. It broke up the trip into two easier trips and eliminated the long waiting time at the airport. The B&B is part of a pretty row of well kept terrace type houses, only about 2ks from the city centre. The walk into the city is easy...

Wonderful B&B on a charming historic row of 1928 houses built by English mariner. Very convenient location just blocks from metro. Safe and well-lit walk home at night. Owner Ignacio is most accommodating and helpful. Excellent breakfast, even warm bread from the local bakery. Clean, comfortable room. Small drawback is shower--hot water last a minute at most. But I would...

Nice, clean hotel, close to the shopping centre, you also get a free drink once you check in which is good if you just got out of the airport from a long flight. Its about 20-30 drive from Santiago airport depending on traffic.

On arrival, we felt immediately welcome. The owner, Ignacio was always ready to answer our questions and call to make reservations for us. Our stay was over Christmas and we were even invited to join Ignacio and his family for dinner. We stayed for 3 nights and felt sad to leave. The room was very comfortable. The B&B is very...

Yes, the host is very friendly, but does not speak any other language than Spanish. The rooms and the bathroom are tiny, the mattress is soft and the rooms do not have any flair. It is very basic. Breakfast is good, includes jog hurt, coffee, warm bread with cheese and some fruits.

Pretty basic room but quite dark. Shower was hopeless. Friendly hosts who were very helpful. Quiet and secure suburb. Breakfast the usual basic South American experience. OK as a stopover place but that would be about it.
