It was my first time in Chile and I stayed at this hotel. The location is good because it is in the heart of downtown Santiago. Cafe's and reataurants everywhere when you go out from your hotel. The only downside is the front desk. The people are not as friendly as i thought they would be. They never smiled and...

This is the worst 4 starts hotel I have ever been in. It's so bad that I have my doubts this could be classified as a 2 starts hotel. oh and if after seeing the video you still want to come let me know that no complains are allowed. Staff is rude and they care about you.

We stayed there one night. The reception is dark and without windows at the 10th floor of the building. The room and bathroom small. Some doubt about the cleaness of the bathroom. Since we arrived late we asked for the room service, we got two bad sandwitches extremely expensive. The breakfast is worst than a 2 star hotel, few things...

This hotel is ideally located in Santiago. Rooms are large and very comfortable. A group of us stayed at this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was very good and this made out five week stay there a delightful one

Stayed here for last night of South America trip after having stayed in unairconditioned petite hotel for the beginning. There is an unappealing indoor pool in the basement but not sure of other amenities. The room was basic and had a lockable wardrobe which made be concerned that staff were prone to wardrobe pick. I probably prefer not stay here...

Very small rooms, ridiculously tiny bathrooms, old and outdated Lobby is on 10th floor? Must be a Chilean nonsense... Staff is not good at all, bathrooms don't even have enough towels and beds are flimsy. Ridiculously high prices for such a bad hotel. Best decision of my trip was to cancel my reservation and stay at Providencia neighborhood instead.

The only good thing about this property is its location. Room was tiny, wallpaper peeling, shower went from freezing to scalding but nothing in between. Location is nice because you can walk to a lot of places downtown and is close to the subway. Weird that the hotel entrance is on the 10th floor. No one noted that i had...

...But be aware that the hotel is nothing like the pictures.. If you want something "authentic" "rustic" Chilean experience maybe this is the place.. But I was on business and the place was way too small, old and noisy for me .. Cheap room ACs very noisy (in some of the rooms), or the noise of the street, you choose.....

a very disappointing experience. rooms are nothing like the photos .. all very small and really poor for the cost. I moved the next day as i felt quite upset at the completely decided representation of the rooms. I am not so fussy but the photos are really deceptive. I will not go back.. US $ 160 for one night...

Located right in the city center, close to a lot of places to visit, this hotel is kind of hard to find. The entrance (of the elevator that takes you up there) is in a shopping gallery located in a walking street. So if you go there by taxi, be aware he won't be able to drop you in front...
