After several visits to this elegant boutique hotel, it feels like The Aubrey has finally hit its stride. Always a stylish option, it now has the team to match - endlessly helpful and courteous. Breakfast with the irrepressible Rachel is guaranteed to start your day with a smile ! The area is funky and fun (don't miss the Neruda house...

The Aubrey is a great alternative in Santiago. It is an attractive property with outstanding outdoor spaces. Our room was small, but has a nice little back patio that more than compensated. The staff is absolutely terrific. The question is whether you would like to stay in Bellavista. If the answer is yes, you stay here. And even if staying...

We loved this small boutique hotel in Santiago. It is in a great location where you can walk to everything. The staff is fabulous, friendly, helpful. No hesitation in recommending! There are some stairs but not many. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is good---eggs made special for everyone. The pool area is nice and inviting after a hot...

This is a lovely hotel in the Bella Vista neighborhood of Santiago. It is in two renovated homes from early in this century. The rooms and grounds are beautiful. The patio below the swimming pool feels very much like a grotto. The staff was amazing. I asked about local restaurants my first night there and I was provided a personal...

Stayed here for two nights in March as part of our honeymoon. And Wow! The hotel is located in a fantastic district, funky and fun but close to so much. And despite the party atmosphere outside, this place is an oasis of calm and tranquility! The hotel itself is gorgeous with historic undertones and staff who were delighted to explain...

This is indeed a special place, and joins the Aria in Prague as my two favorite city hotels. It is, as suggested in other reviews, an oasis with a calm, quiet, relaxing ambience. We stayed in a Pavilion room for two nights, then extended our stay and moved to a classic room as the Pavilion room was no longer available;...

If you are interested in something that will provide you with warmth comfort and a refuge from the maddening crowd, the Aubrey is your place! Many thanks to all, especially the incomparable Rachel, Mel, and Carmen. We've been all over the world and nothing compares. Be sure to book the rooms with the outside patio. Worth the extra price.

We stayed at the Aubrey for two nights after we landed in Santiago. It was such a perfect place to relax after a long flight and get acquainted with Chile and Santiago. The main building of the Aubrey is gorgeous--so historic and so many great details. Our room was great--it wasn't in the main building, but it had a great...

We spent 10 days in and around Santiago with the Aubrey as our base. We absolutely loved it. The hotel staff was fantastic. Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel staff organized three private tours for us, each memorable; one around the city, another out at wineries in the Casa Blanca Valley, and finally out to Valparaiso and Vina del Mar. Hotel location...

Our experience at The Aubrey was an unexpected treasure. With only 15 rooms it feels like a private oasis in a city of 6million. Located in the bohemian Bellavista neighborhood it is a great place from which to explore a special part of Santiago. The staff, especially all the front desk staff and food/bar servers, were knowledgeable, helpful, and appeared...
