It was clean and comfortable. Excellent location, very quiet and amazing breakfast. Cleaning service available everyday and the personal was very kind and helpful. We had everything we needed. Our bedroom was very comfortable and we always had wi-fi.

All you need from a hostel: clean, well equiped kitchens, spacious common areas, nice and friendly staff, big rooms and lockers, a lot of bathrooms and toilets which are very clean, very good breakfast with boiled eggs and fresh fruits every day. The hostel is quite big but you have more than 2 kitchens and a lot of bathrooms which...

This place is a little far from the historic center, maybe around 20 minutes walking. But it's right next to Bellavista and Providencia so there's that. The hostel is massive. Lot's of kitchen space, lots of common rooms to hang out in. The rooms themselves are decently sized, good sized beds, large lockers and strong wifi throughout. The only problems...

I stayed in this hostel as we were visiting my brother in Santiago for Christmas. It was clean, secure, (they have key cards to get in and out) and had good facilities which included a 24 hour reception. I had my own room which locked which was on the 5th floor. It was basic but clean (my room was cleaned...

I liked this hostel. It's in a good location, easily accessible to the bus station and airport, has a nice bar and one of the best breakfasts around! I appreciated vending machines and different foods each night. What could be improved is the staff - who didn't show me to my room, and one of them decided to get into...

I stayed here for 3 nights, there's loads and loads of info all over the reception area and the staff are very helpful too.
