Room is very spacious, clean and new. Location is really good, and there are many things you can do by foot. Actually it is just a few meters from a nice "cerro". Service could be a little more attentive. Overall: very good place for the money, would easily recommend.

Got the loft with queen and told out couch... Great location the room was amazing. The view was perfect out the 2 story balcony! Staff was helpful at the front desk and let us check in early. Be aware that a cannon is blasted at 12pm noon every day. It scared the living crap out of us. Definitely recommend the...

I'm reading some of these reviews and a bit surprised. Bad wifi? Yes, I agree, frequent disconnections. But, are you in Santiago for the wifi? There is a really easy solution for those that are staying, open your room door, or surf in the lobby. The doors are SOLID wood, so passing wifi through the walls and the doors here...

The hotel/apartments are in a great location, in an area downtown, next to Bellas ARTES and close to everything. There is a nice restaurant area nearby and taking taxis to most major places is a matter of minutes even with traffic. The apartment is very nice looking but failed to deliver on a basic comfort factor, air conditioning, it simply...

While the architecture of the loft apartments is lovely, the wi-fi was very poor, with frequent disconnection and a miserable signal strength. The remote controls for the cable/TV were broken and fixed with tape. The toilet quit working, but at least the maintenance person was quick to fix. One of the curtains in the top floor could not be open...

This is a small hotel, just a bunch of apartment - type places. I was hesitant about the concept when I researched. Third is top floor. It is in an ideal place : 30 m to the left is the elevator up to the top of the Santa Lucia Hill. The area of Santa Lucia has a great little market...

Very good value for money and perfect location! The apartment is beautiful, but the administration does not run very well - a bit disorganized. We had a problem with the parking lot and the air conditioner, but both problems were solved in the end. The location could not be better!

The location is excellent and is within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Beautiful view from our loft apartment but we couldnt sleep upstairs in the loft bedroom. It being summertime in Santiago, it gets very hot. The a/c blasted very cold air for downstairs but wouldnt cool upstairs, so my husband and I had to sleep on the...

We stayed here for two nights. The location is good and convenient for most sights. The room was comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the kitchen area was well equipped. There is no restaurant or bar so breakfast is left in the fridge, in the room, the day before. I wouldn't mind if it had been even a little appetising but...
