The place itself isn't amazing but the rooms are clean and beds are good. The showers were a bit strange, water was coming out from all over the place. The kitchen is small and there is hardly anything to cook with. Breakfast is included and basic. We left after one night, the stay wasn't bad but we figured we could...

I stayed in a private room for 10 days and had a great stay. Helpful staff, clean, well-maintained room, super convenient location... Nice patio and common spaces... My only quibble: the breakfast should include fresh fruit and decent coffee (not Nescafé!)

A group of eight friends stayed at Hostel Cien Fuegos for three days during February 2016. Our experiences were basically negative for the following five reasons: (1) Kitchen for guests was just an annex to main always-locked kitchen. No lights and nothing worked in guest kitchen, basically useless. (2) Very noisy environment. (3) no air conditioning or fans. (4) Lack...

Six bedded dorm, few nights only. Bunks OK and lockers were good size and locked. Unfortunately the side I was on was on a busy road from 04:300. Breakfast included. What you got varied, on 1st day no cereal just roll micro slice of ham, coloured fruit water, tea/coffee (must say one of the best instant coffees have tasted). Next...

You get what you pay for. Simple room for little money. The staff was very helpful. I stayed there for just one night and I left my glasses in the shower. A few days later i came back to get my glasses and the cleaning lady put them aside for me! great!

Well I was wandering through the streets of Santiago all hostels full, and I found this cool hostel with their friendly staff, its well located, close to the plaza Brasil a bohemian neighborhood, with bars, restaurants, nightclubs, everything... The room is cool, with lockers, they have a bar, with a variety of drinks, also there before I leave they`ve made...

Well for starters this a good location, near restaurants, parks and a 15 minute walk to downtown and the Plaza De Armes. The staff here is more than helpful with anything from directions to having ice cold beer in the fridge. It never seemed to bother them to help with information. They were very informative and friendly. They also have...

Thoroughly enjoyed this hostel. Came in late at night with no reservation and the staff member shuffled keys around to make it work for us. Also recommended great wine and cautioned to hold our bags tight in the metro. Great patio outside and lots of common room space. Great location near restaurants, Santa Lucia, etc. Would recommend this hostel

That was a really nice surprise for me. The rooms are nice, staff is really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Breakfast is ok and you can use the kitchen. They sell a recyclable towel which actually works... I loved it although I doubted it would work in the beginning.... The only problem is that it was really cold and they have...

Fun place with nice grounds to hang out. Showers were hot, beer was cheap. Two blocks from ave brasil where there are a ton of restobars. The subway wasn't too far either. Don't count on wifi upstairs and breakfast is just a roll with jam and instant coffee. Can be quite loud. There were Bag pipes that randomly starting playing...
