Small hotel but in very good location to walk to restaurants and central Santiago attractions. Very clean and excellent staff, including English. Great breakfast included, wifi and cable tv in rooms. Would stay there again. Only negative is the bathrooms are small with small shower. Bedrooms are also on the smaller side, but comfortable. Location is safe to walk around...

A two night stop on an Intrepis tour of South America. Centrally located, close yo airport. Walking distance to most of main attractions. Wonderful street art in surrounding streets Reception and hotel staff couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful One thing - I thought that the hotel offered a complimentary hotel transfer but I think this was a mistake...

Nice little quiet hotel in good location of Barrio Bellavista. There is No elevator for those who cannot do stairs. The room was small with little space for suitcases for 2 people. The bathroom even smaller, with no space to put any toiletries in, quite pokey. The staff is very Friendly and helpful. They speak very good English, which made...

I spent two nights here on my way to Peru, to recover from a long flight and see the city. It is a small hotel in an historic building with friendly, helpful staff, easy walk to museums, Parque Forestal and the Bellavista district where there are heaps of bars and restaurants. Free breakfast and WiFi.

We wanted to see Santiago. Our travel agency Peregrine recommended the Hotel Loreto. Given our time restraints it was perfectly located. Easy walking distance to the city central sites and an easy walk to the Bellavista shopping and restaurant square. The staff were very friendly and helpful on our late arrival and the front desk staff proved helpful and friendly...

We arrived at the Hotel Loreto reasonably early in the morning after a 12 hour flight from Sydney. The reception staff were very friendly and spoke very good English which was a relief after having arrived at the airport to find that the arranged pick up vehicle wasn't there. We were shown to our rooms which were on the third...

Just as described for our stay in Late March. Beds were comfy. Balconies were small but cool and quiet. Great English speaking staff. Scrambled eggs for breakfast. Very accessible to Metro and downtown sites and restaurants. Made reservations online without difficulty. Was able to check in early. Wi-fi was excellent.

Nice little hotel. No elevator for those who can't do stairs. Great ambiance. Friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance of some great food and shopping. Good location. We arrived in Santiago on an early flight so we were unable to check in, but they held our luggage while we explored the city.
