Room too small with no closet nor dresser nor any place to put suitcase. Very nice staff; flexible check out and held suitcases. Attractive finishes and beautiful terrace setting. OK breakfast with lots of nice and varied fruit.

Lovely little hotel in the tourist part of the city. The rooms were clean and well furnished and the bathroom was good if a little small. Rooms overlook a small courtyard at the back and are pretty quiet but ground floor rooms are quite dark.

I'm just back from two weeks in Chile and Argentina, and this was by far the best all-around hotel of the trip. Because of some scheduling conflicts related to the work portion of our trip, my colleague and I had the chance to see a good bit of Santiago city. We agreed that the location of Hotel Loreto just couldn't...

Hotel Loreto is in Recoleta, a fun, funky, artistic area, close to the city, within walking distance of Patia Bellavista, a great collection of restaurants and bars. It is a boutique hotel-very clean, comfortable bed, smallish bathroom, but the staff are fantastic-very friendly, can't do enough for you-a really pleasant place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay and the front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us great suggestions for restaurants. The location was great and we wish we could have stayed longer. We would stay there again.

What the reviews say about Hotel Loreto being an intimate, well-run hotel is true. But what stood out to me was that it seems to be genuinely loved and cared for by the incredibly helpful staff. This was the first hotel I stayed in over a 10-day South American trip, and easily my favorite. The rooms were immaculate (shame that...

The area around the hotel itself is quite grungy. If you're keen on nightlife, this is a great spot for you as its close to a bustling street that is heaving on a Friday night. It's also in walking distance to the big hill with the funicular and a great restaurant (sarita colonia). The rooms are quite small but clean....

After a long exhausting flight the staff at the Hotel Loreto made us feel welcome. The hotel is situated in the Art District of Santiago and it is easy to get to shopping and dining. The staff is very friendly, very helpful and seemed very sincere in their efforts to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our room was...

Decided to stay here after contacting hotel by email to see if they could accommodate early arrivals. Melisa was quick to respond, met my needs, and was able to offer a non refundable rate that was as good as any third party I'd found, even when booking direct. When we checked in, we were given a great bottle of Chilean...

Friendly smaller hotel with very helpful staff near the river and art gallery. Older style inside, good breakfast, TV, good showers, and a shuttle is available (fee). A number of restaurants walkable. Free wifi
