Considering the age of the hotel the rooms were relatively clean but would benefit from a renovation. Breakfast buffet is typical of South America with fresh fruits, juices and cakes. The fruits were beautiful and fresh. Hotel is located close to the city centre and the trains (if you are game). The staff were friendly, but some lacked English skills...

The Hotel is located in the center of the city with all the major tourist points just minutes away. Not a very fancy hotel , but a good stop for short stay. Rooms are not very big , but the beds are clean and comfortable. close proximity to markets nearby is a plus. do consider it if you plan to...

I stayed in this hotel for one night in my route towards Easter Island. It has been a good choice because It's located in a central position near Sant'Ana metro station so I had the time to do a little tour of the city (that I already knew) in the morning and then go to the airport. As I wrote...

The hotel is old and outdated, for the price stay elsewhere. When you arrive, the lobby has a nice looking Indian theme but once you get to the rest of th hotel, you can see how outdated it really is. The carpeting is dirty, the bed covers had stains and are gross, other than just maintaining the existing environment it...

Similar to a basic hostel. The staff is friendly enough. It's located next to a metro station but there's really nothing else around. If you're going to Santiago (which I do not recommend) I would stay in the barrio Bella vista neighborhood. Lots of bars and restaurants there.

Fairly well priced for a city centre hotel. The furnishings and bathrooms are a little tired but rooms of a reasonable size and clean. Helpful staff but unfortunately the breakfast was absolutely appalling - stale bread, little choice and not topped up when necessary. Doors were closed promptly at 10.00am One plus point, one of the few Indian restaurants around...

We stayed there for 4 nights, and I wish we hadn't. The only good thing was the staff, all super friendly and helpful. But the breakfast was poor in options and they just had instant coffee half of the time (instead of fresh brewed), the wireless unreliable, the smell slightly musty, the cleanness average, and the location just OK (very...

This hotel is located in the center of the Santiago city just one block away from the Metro Station and it is about 10 to 15 minutes walk to all the important places in Santiago. The hotel has an Indian restaurant in it and serves good Indian food, though I head this time that there are few other Indian restaurants...

We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms are spartan, but adequate. Everything worked. We were in Chili, Argentina, Uruguay for one month and this hotel had the best air conditioning. The location is the best thing about it., being close to Plaza de Armes and the old downtown. The Indian restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was the same everyday, but again as...

Spent four nights. Wonderful location for exploring "el centro". Friendly helpful staff with some English. Delightful mini walled garden and small swimming pool. Excellent Indian restaurant for evening meal. Simple breakfast included. Would definitely stay again. A Happy Wanderer
