When we arrived rather tired and weary from a day's touring round Valperaiso we were delighted to hear we had been upgraded. How fantastic. The Tower was the perfect hotel experience. Lovely room, comfortable beds, accommodating staff. We enjoyed a complimentary cocktail and finger buffet in the Tower Room 21. The view from here is spectacular. Not exactly in a...

We made reservations at the Sheraton Convention Center and were upgraded to the San Cristobal Towers Hotel next door. Their rooms are luxurious, their hotel is very clean and their staff is professional while caring at the same time. Great drive to serve their customers! They have Free Wifi. Their rooms are nice and quiet!

We stayed here for one night before boarding a cruise ship. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had a large assortment of fruits, pastries and other items. We were very pleased with our decision to stay here.

Run by Sheraton and their food was terrible and always cold: even their steaks! Staff was friendly and helpful. We paid $1,000 for what Trip Advisor could have got for us for one-half.Disappointed!!!!

My wife and were guests in the hotel for three nights during Christmas week. The hotel was the perfect choice! Marco, the concierge, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He told us about the best markets, museums, and parks in town. He even arranged a city tour for us in English. The food was exceptional in the hotel. The complementary appetizers...

This is one of the best places to stay in Santiago and my second visit to the Tower (third to the combined hotel). The rooms are spacious, immaculate and comfortable. The staff attentive and friendly. It is the upscale side of another hotel, and so is physically connected, so there is a nice pool and an excellent restaurant on premisis....

Excellent hotel and location. Good wheelchair access. They unlock a door so you can get in the front entrance. The restaurant is on floor 21 and there is a ramp up to it. The problem for the breakfast 'rush' was a lot of cruise passengers needing tables at the same time and what appeared to be one or two waitresses...

The view was great, and the restaurant was great too. It has a very nice happy hour. The hotel staff was exceptional and helped us get great reservations at some of the best restaurants at the last minute-borago and astrid y gaston.

Having a night to "kill" in Santiago I booked the Sheraton as I used to stay there 40 years ago when I was cabin crew for British Caledonian Airways. The city had changed enormously but the views from the hotel were as spectacular as ever. To our surprise and for no discernible reason we were upgraded to the Tower and...

Dear Frances, We couldn't be happier to read that you came back to Sheraton Santiago after 40 years. We've been here in Chile for 46 years and yes it is like you say. This city has change but we still keep this magnificent views of the city and the Andes Mountains, imagine how it is during winter season with all...

This nice hotel is in Providencia a nice neighborhood in Santiago. It's about a 15 minute walk to the metro and another few stops into the main part of town, so it's conveniently located. They provide free drinks and snacks during happy hour and many of their services are provided by the adjacent Sheraton hotel.. The rooms are spaceous and...
