Enjoyed our stay, staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Felt very safe and good restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable but a little dated. Would recommend this hotel. The subway was just across the road and easy to get around.

It's located in the more quiet financial area of Santiago. Hotel itself is still elegant, with decent size rooms, a modest gym and pool, but overall furnishings, decor, facilities can use a major uplift and renovation. Most of the fixtures and structural components are old (including elevators and bathrooms). Service is still very good and attentive.

Stay at the hotel a total seven days with a break of four in the middle for an outing to Easter Island. The hotel club floor was great. Tasty treats throughout the day and attentive staff the assist with various bookings and confirmations. They stored bags for us while traveling to Easter Island and made our travels a bit easier....

Last minute switched to the Ritz from Marriott primarily due to the Ritz's prime location. The staff excelled in customer service from front desk, concierge and executive lounge. Our upgraded suite was very comfortable. The executive lounge was well staffed was a good selection of food that varied daily. Good quality and well presented. The drinks selection, both alcoholic and...

We are here now, unfortunately. We are club level booked with American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts. I have never been more disappointed in a hotel. We stay in many Ritz-Carlton's and have never had these problems. Luckily we leave tomorrow. We are being moved again tonight during dinner. The club level rooms are just below major construction-read that jack...

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Santiago and found it to be a step below other 5 star hotels. Charges for internet use and the addition of unauthorised bar tips, that were subsequently reversed, together with aging facilities and failing key locks made our stay at best average.

Excellent hotel, very well located and the best service in the city of Santiago. Very spacious rooms and caring staff. The concierge service is amazing and they try to support you beyond your expectations. Gym is also very good. The hotel is a very good option for lunch and dinner and not only for breakfast. Very comprehensive menu.

Despite booking a suite kept nealy 5 hours before room was available. Must have gone back to checkin staff 6 or 7 times and called the manager to complain but never once got the impression that they were remotely interested in sorting out the delay, simply saying that the cleaning staff were busy- great !

Had stayed here quite a few years ago when visiting Santiago, and the hotel is lovely, but boy has the area around it changed. What was once a parking lot across the street is now a new performing arts center and many new architectural buildings surround. Stayed on the club floor again, which has been remodeled and has a very...
