Absolutely loved our stay here. We upgraded to the Club level where we had an amazing staff helping us with anything we wanted and spoiling us constantly with great food, wine and advice. It really doesn't get any better. One night we wanted some wine and had arrived at 11 when they had just finished putting everything away, they brought...

We stayed here before and after a trip to Antarctica. First visit was for 5 nights. The room was on the fifth floor. Good size, comfortable bed. A little bit of wear and tear on some of the wooden furniture. Room was very quiet which is just what we needed. Second visit was for one night. Again, good size room...

We spent 4 days in Feb, 2014 prior to our Class 5 river trip on the Futaleufu with Earth River. Upgrade to Concierge level to enjoy wonderful complimentary breakfast, lunch and happy hour. The roof side pool and spa offer all the comforts you wish for. Great location and easy to see the city using the underground metro. Service is...

We spent one night at the Ritz-Carlton in December. It is a very smart hotel. The room was comfortable & stylish but not huge. The staff were all charming & efficient. There is a lovely pool, spa & gym on the roof level with a beautiful outdoor terrace area with lounges overlooking the mountains in the distance. We attended a...

A beautiful dark wood room, lovely piano music and roomy space between tables set us in high hopes for a beautiful afternoon tea service. Set off the lobby (by a clear glass and dark wood room divider) the lounge felt comfortable. We waited for about 15 minutes with no waiter showing up, so we finally went to the bar and...

They went above and beyond in trying to make our stay in Santiago enjoyable

Just what you would expect from the Ritz Carlton brand - a gorgeous hotel with sumptuous public areas and a bedroom of huge and beautiful proportions. Our only regret was that we only had one night here before an early morning flight to Buenos Aries. We could have spent days in the room on its own. Big and wonderful bathroom,...

First time to this city, and found this hotel in a great location. Rooms are ok...not huge, but staff and service very good....as you would expect. Breakfast and the restaurant and bars are really good.... I would recommend this hotel without any doubt.

Wonderful property with a very attentive staff, great food, and comfortable rooms. Located in a great area for walking, dining, shopping, and close to the Metro line to make the entire city accessible.

Stayed there two nights with a tour group Oct 20, 21. Our room (515) was quiet and comfortable. Arrived about 9:30 am after an overnight flight and had to wait until almost noon for a room. Food and service in the bar were excellent. Laundry was very expensive! Some good restaurants within walking distance (e.g. Tiramisu)
